I am a Titanium Marriott member which means I have stayed at a lot of Marriotts AND this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Don’t let the name trick you. It isn’t anywhere close to the airport. The name airport shouldn’t be anywhere in the name of this hotel. It cost us $180 euro to get to this hotel and then to get to the airport. The rooms make you feel like you are in prison. No decorations. Hard floor. One chair. No TV in living room. Hardest bed I have ever slept and two pillows that were hard and paper thin. This location sucks and I should get all my points back. If in Naples, stay at a Hilton.

Do not stay here!!! Especially for any military travel. The hotel displays the Marriott brand, but it definitely does not have the customer service. Also, Marriott is unwilling to help you with any issues you encounter with the hotel since it is only an affiliate. This makes it challenging when you are trying to work with an overseas hotel. We had originally planned on staying at this hotel for our military travel. They charged us a deposit to hold the rooms but did not inform us that the deposit was non-refundable. We immediately cancelled the reservation, and the hotel has refused to refund our deposit even though we never agreed to a non-refundable deposit. The hotel stopped responding to our emails and calls. Marriott Bonvoy was unable to help us. This occurred in Feb and it is now Oct and we still do not have our refund. This hotel has horrible customer service and will completely ignore your inquiries and calls. I would discourage anyone from using this hotel in case you have any issues that arise with your travel. Marriott should really reconsider allowing this hotel to display their brand. It is still a negative reflection on the Marriott brand since they allow them to use it.

Not at all friendly. Lifts not working for toilets two floors down. Baby changing ... one locked and the not secured, held together with a makeshift screw. Reflects the whole Naples experience.

The hotel is nowhere near the airport to start with - or anything else to be honest! What I will say is the hotel will arrange transport to the airport for 60 euro, and Uber was charging $128, so keep that in mind. You are not near one thing, apart from a US naval(?) base, so you have no choice but to eat at the hotel, which was absolutely awful. Terrible.On to the room. There are no hangers in the closet, there are no blankets on the bed. The room is huge, with a kitchenette there and a desk. Bathroom is very basic, and a little mold/fungus in the bathroom - yikes.I did not use the TV, so no idea if it worked at all. The whole hotel is incredibly dated and basic. Apparently Marriott has taken over it, not sure why, but maybe they will make changes? I did not stay for breakfast as I had an early flight.Front desk manager at night was incredibly nice, morning desk attendant was beyond rude.

This hotel is not near Naples Airport and has a strange vibe

This hotel is nowhere near the main Naples airport. It is located near a US Navy base which is possibly why it is named this. I booked it from Australia because I had a 5am flight thinking it was near the airport. But it was 40 mintues away, and cost me $100 to get to the airport. The transfer driver asked me if I really meant to stay there because it was not near any sightseeing locations and far from the airport, but I said I had no choice since I already booked it.When I walked into the hotel, I felt like I was walking into the Hotel California, from the Eagles song--"you can check in but you can never leave". Sucha strange place. I was told that it was becoming a Marriott Hotel in January. Good luck to Marriott--My first suggestion is that they change the name of the hotel. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Not so much from the hotel itself, but it gave me a weird vibe, but mostly because it's not located anywhere near the sites and/or near the airport where travellers would want to be.
