  After reading the reviews, was reluctant to use this hotel but as therefore limited all inclusive hotels in the area, decided to stay put. Room- 2 widows that you couldn't see out. Like prison. The most depressing room EVER!!!!Food- so many complaints about the food being cold, and still nothing done. Dreadful food. Noise- scraping of chairs etc all night. Beds rock hard.

  To begin with this hotel is a disgrace and should be knocked down. The rooms are disgusting. They have bedbugs. The furniture in the room looks like the furniture you would pick up in an alley after someone threw it out. The blow dryer for your hair was all melted. The air conditioner is a joke. It’s a little box on the on the wall. there is no bedside lockers and everything. There is really old smelly and disgusting. It’s in a horrible area. Don’t believe the breakfast thing they send you next-door to get breakfast and a little tiny café and all you get is a small cup of coffee and a croissant that is it. It’s not a complemental breakfast. It’s a coffee and croissants stop stop stop stop stop don’t go to this place do yourself a favor and believe me I have tons of pictures to prove it.

  Great hotel in the center of naples

  Unjustified negative reviews.This hotel is nice and confortable. Correct are the 3 stars. Highly raccomended if you are looking for a clean place near the station.Regarding the critics:Staff: friendly and efficient.Breakfast sufficient for the Italian standard. Italians eat at lunchtime not on the morning!!- The place is very clean.- room is smple but nicely decorated. - air conditioning works fine. It is old but it works!!!- TV is an amazing 55 inches on the wall.- Shower excellent and strong- bathroom is large and modern. - cashsave included- tea kettle included- iron included- hairdryer provided- usb on the switches- internet in the room- elevator small but it works.- no noises in the room if you close the windows.- mattress is firm and new.- sheets are clean- large mirror - frigo bar included- …. And much more.I do not think you can find a better hotel with such a small price per night.

  Me and 2 of my friends stayed for 3 nights at this “3 star hotel”, being on a pretty tight interrail-budget we chose this hotel cause of the price and it’s seemingly good placement in the city, but… the street on which the hotel is placed reeks of piss and weed and about a dozen homeless wander around the block at all times, making going out at night a bit uncomfortable. The lobby is the hotels main selling point being very pretty and clean, the rest is NOT. Our room was dirty, the bedding had spots of I don’t wanna know what and the bathroom was an experience in itself… First of all the toilet was broken when we got our room, which we told the very unfriendly receptionist. Probs to him though, cause it eventually got fixed the next day, sort of, only one of the buttons actually did something and there was a constant stream of water running making quite a bit of sound. The next thing about the bathroom was the mold in and around the shower (of which the handle holder for the shower-head didn’t exist) Next thing was the cleaning personnel who didn’t speak a word of English (couldn’t even understand the word “toilet paper”) who insisted on smoking in the hallway making the whole room and all of our stuff reek of cigarette smoke. The “included breakfast” was just some bland and dry bread and a croissant with some cake stuffing inside (no coffee cause the machine was “broken”)… we only ate there the one time (found a much better place down the street serving breakfast instead)

  To begin with, the person at the reception was a RUDE, aggressive woman. Her attitude was that she was doing us a favour by letting us stay in the hotel. She mans the breakfast counter too..Be prepared to encounter her BAD attitude there too.Breakfast is just some breads, cereals and beverages. No fruit or eggs or cold cuts.Linen is reasonably clean and towels are changed everyday.It could be a good hotel if the management was positive and welcoming of tourists. Would not recommend at all.
