    Nightmare experience, false information on the website. They advertise a porter service, but it doesn't exist. If you have disabilities, avoid it. There are many stairs to climb, even though they don't mention them on the website. The reception staff is untrained, the management is lacking, and the elevator is dangerous and risks crushing you between the doors. Even if you report it, nothing changes. If anything happens, they won't refund you, even if you arrange it with a pseudo-manager over the phone.

    Shady hotel, absolutely corrupt front desk. Guests were angry some folks were charged for 3 rooms when they only had one. Our AC did not work and they would not provide fans, and then lie to your face that the AC is working. Behind this hotel is a drug area with much of that type of traffic happening. Not very safe. So, they close their front gate, and it has to be opened from front desk, and the front desk representatives are not always there so you stand at the dark ally with hopes that someone will open the gate. Once the gate is opened, there is a second metal door that is also locked. This door also needs to be opened by the front desk. This is a commercial building and they have one floor that they converted into a so called a hotel. If you are going from the US or canada, I would highly suggest not staying there. It is not a typical hotel

    More hostel style motel-ish. Women at front desk said we booked 3 rooms (we only booked 2) & refused to give our passports back until we paid for a room we didn't book. Terrible experience, dirty & unsafe from staff as you don't know what their involved in. Front desk attendant literally stated if she doesn't steal from my mom, she can't live. Stear clear of this place. Only 1 small window with no view.

    Very small room, small window near the ceiling, bizarre location in a niche, entering from the street into the courtyard and the entrance with a very high step, breakfast offering almost non-existent, no access to the street by car or taxi.

    Very disappointed, paid for suite with jacuzzi and the jacuzzi did not work. Paid on arrival in good faith for services. Wrote 2 emails asking for part refund as we did not get what we paid for and did not receive any response at all. Staff at reception were helpful but could not make any decisions and said they would speak with the administrator and contact me. Still no response.
