Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Viale Augusto. Naples International Airport is only 5 km away and the nearest links to the public transport network are only 50 m away. It is a 5-minute walk from Campi Flegrei station and the Mostra d'Oltremare. It is also a short distance from Villa Comunale, Mergellina, and Via Caracciolo and from the main shopping areas of the city. The courthouse and the Central Station (Piazza Garibaldi) are easily accessible by underground train. Guests will find restaurants in Via Caracciolo and shopping venues in Via dei Mille.     Great brand new Hotel

    The Hotel is now called LPH, but its brand new, very modern and very comfortable! We had a great experience and would definitely return! Staff was very helpful and great service. One minor issue, breakfast was initially offered as a set price. We only wanted tea and coffee and had to ask to be charged only for those. Everything else was excellent!

    DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked this hotel because it was on a list for a conference we were going to. After booking I came across many bad reviews, many saying they rip you off. I called and talked to a Max (I believe that was his name) to cancel. He said no problem, there will be no fees to cancel. They charged my card anyway. I have tried disputing it with my Capital One card but they say I have to pay. I have called many times and either no one answers, the person how manswers says to call back they can't help me, or they put me on hold to get a manager and no one ever comes to the phone. I have emailed many times. So now I am out over $500 for a hotel room I never stayed at.

    The hotel was really of a very low standard. In the middle of a not very nice area and built behind another building. Not confortable rooms and not very clean. Stayed there from 2nd to 10th July as an official for the University Games. The hotel was booked by the Organising Committee and I wonder if these people could stay there. Breakfast was very poor and lunch and dinner were really rubbish so together with the other officials we had to go out almost every night for dinner but there were no good restaurants in the area. When opening the small balcony door all you could see were the terrible buildings opposite with clothes hanging on the windows and verandas.The only good thing about it were the friendly and polite ladies at the reception. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had.

    Stayed here 26th Feb to 1st March. Room was clean and tidy, shower cubicle was a bit grotty. Sky TV was a godsend. Bar prices a bit steep, 8 euros for 2 small bottles of beer, you can get a large bottle of Peroni in the supermarket around the corner for 1 euro. Breakfast was continental and plenty of it. As a place to use as a stop off I'd recommend it. Sauna is available on site if you want to spend 20 euros to use it!!

    This hotel is horrible.It is a very bad hotel. You cannot even roll you suitcase, since there are stairs. The furniture was very old with chipped paint. Breakfast was OK. The flush in the toilet was not working, and we complained about it in the morning (for some reason Max, the receptionist, found it funny). In the evening the flush still was not working. Finally I was bitten with bedbugs there. I complained to the same receptionist, and he found it funny again. He said there were mosquito bites, which was definitely wrong since bites was in the parts covered by clothes during the day. I gave Max the written complain about bedbugs, and I never got any reply from hotel administration.
