    Triple room was small, bathroom size was ok. Location is odd, car mechanic and some hardware shops are around. Far from Naples attractions. Parking was available but most spots are tough to park. Balcony was nice. Service was good, Reception is open 24 hours. No electric kettle in the room. Has an elevator. Clean hotel.

    If you was a decent cheap hotel a 10 minute drive from the airport then this is perfect okay taxi is expensive but we expect this in a tourist time of Napoli. The receptionist Gennaro is funny, warm and welcoming and maybe the best thing about the hotel. A couple of complimentary drinks went a long way and was very grateful for himJust what is needed after a long day travelling. Hotel can be a bit loud but with it being so close to thr airport you have people leaving at different times once settled the bed is comfy the room isn't too hot

    The hotel is situated 7 kilometers from the airport, but taking a taxi might cost you 35 euros for a 5-minute ride, which is exorbitantly high. Naples itself is described as dirty and unpleasant, arguably the worst place in Italy. The hotel is only advisable if you have a car and need a place to spend the night. Expect neither pleasure nor comfort from your stay.

    Very bad service, especially the clerk on the name Genaro - doesn’t try to help or support, but opposite - to help others to stole the money from the guests of the hotel.I had very unpleasant experience with this hotel. Don’t come here if you don’t like to spoil your opinion about Italy!

    Beware. Although this purports to be an airport hotel it is in a horrible area that doesn't feel safe. The room could be described as basic at best and one of the walls was splattered with goodness knows what. We had to ask for towels to have a shower as only very small hand towels were provided. The hotel said a taxi would cost €30 to the airport the next morning, which seemed exorbitant for a 6.7km ride. However the next morning our daughter was charged €40 and 2 hrs later my husband and I were charged €50 by the unscrupulous taxi company used by (in league with?) the hotel. Avoid this place. Pay more for elsewhere, feel safe, and don't get taken for (a rip-off) ride as we were. Shame on you Luxor and shame on you private hire thieves with whom the hotel appears to be in cahoots.
