    Great hotel for getting around Naples

    Lovely quiet hotel ideal for excursions to Pompeii, Herculaneum centre of Naples shops, museums. Reggia Di Caserta Palace.Two Stations approx 10 minutes Gianturco & Secret Station (not advertised).Great breakfast and evening meals.Staff very friendly and helpful.Rooms very nice and comfortable.Great restaurant across road La Scottona.

    Great position of hotel to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples centre & Reggia di Caserta.Two train stations approx 10 minutes from hotel Gianturco, Secret Station not advertised.Hotel very quiet.Restaurant serving great breakfast and evening meals.Staff very friendly and helpful.

    The hotel at first sight is very nice. It has always been clean. The rooms from the inside are very modern.However, in my personal opinion the staff of the hotel was very unfriendly. There were many receptionists - only one girl has been helpful and motivated.The staff of the restaurant and bar were the most unmotivated when not even rude. The food they served was bad. The pasta we ordered was two times not done - this was NOT al dente. Also, the food was overly salty and not enjoyable. Another point is, that the hotel is indeed in a horrible neighborhood. (this is not the hotel’s fault, but it is good to know)

    Amazing staff and away from the centre

    Although away from the centre. This hotel is located in an industrial area. The staff are friendly and amazing. The breakfast is limited but very nice. Take a taxi to the port or hop on hop off area and you are good to go. Turn right from the hotel then take a left for a small shop selling all drinks or left for authentic Italian lunch cuisine. The reception staff especially Mario and marella are always there to give you excellent advice

    Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

    I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are a few key points:Location: The hotel is situated in a rather desolate industrial area that feels unsafe, especially after dark. There are hardly any decent dining options nearby, and walking around doesn’t feel comfortable or secure.Room Quality: The room did not meet the standards expected of a four-star hotel. I’ve stayed in two-star accommodations that were better equipped. Basic amenities like a tea kettle were missing, and when I inquired at reception, I was told it was only available in “superior rooms”—a category I wasn’t even aware existed.Breakfast: The breakfast was extremely underwhelming. It wasn’t a buffet, and the limited options meant queuing even for basics like butter. On one occasion, we asked if our breakfast could be packed as we were leaving just five minutes before service started, and were told it would cost €10 per person—just for packing! Items like croissants ran out early and were never replenished. The staff seemed visibly frustrated and unwelcoming, which made the experience even more unpleasant.Overall: I wouldn’t return to this hotel and, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.
