Location

The hotel's prime location in Naples's city centre allows it to offer guests a wide range of highly useful services.     Good water pressure / bad everything else

    This was the worst place I ever stayed. And I’ve traveled all over the world. We booked through Chase. Using points. Maybe that’s the initial mistake because I don’t think they vetted out anything. When we arrived, two guys in the lobby directed us out the door, down the street to some shabby place that looked condemned. There was no breakfast room. There were no amenities as described by other travelers. Now that I’m looking at other people’s photos, I’m thinking they did some bait and switch with us. They were terrible. And they didn’t care they were terrible. They never even fixed the toilet seat. We had good water pressure. Everything else was horrendous. Here’s a short list:Dirty floorToilet seat did not fit, was broken and was looseCob webs on the wallsDust bunnies on the floorStains on the sheetsNo mattress padI got bug bitesCourse sheets (not 100% cotton)No air conditioningNo stairway egress (one small elevator so that could be dangerous)Building itself looks condemned from entranceRefrigerator wasn’t workingTowel rack wasn’t working (should dry and warm towels - did neither)Few outlets in room - none next to bedsideNo Wi-Fi (not in room. Not in lobby)Noisy Very few toiletries (only shampoo and small small bar of soap). No tissues. No wash/face cloth. No bath mat. No lotion. No conditioner.     A Warm welcome .One step from the most important attractions in the city . I was pleased to meet the main director , a very gentleman of Naples. The stay was my present to my old granny that fully enjoied the trip , thanks their position..

    Me and my girlfriend stayed over for a night while visiting Naples. The hotel was overall good, beds were comfy and bathroom was big. The greatest thing was the location as it was close to everything in Naples, also we received great attention from the staff (specifically Cesare) who helped us with restaurants, places to visit and overall being very friendly the whole stay.

    MH Design hotel, very good hotel worth for money, exellent location in middle of everything.Very close to best Napoli Pizza and Napoli Ice Cream, when we took taxi from Train Station to the Hotel we made deal with taxi driver to organise tour in Amalfi Coast and Pompei which coast around 250 euro for all day trip, worth doing and not so expensive for private tour.

    The hotel is clean,and in a good area.Personnel is very nice.Although it was expensive,80 Euros per nigh.The location is great,everything is close by.Love it.I will deffinitelly recommend for businessman that do not mind the price.
