The hotel was built in 1900. 3 junior suites, 2 suites, 52 single rooms and 63 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     We're currently staying at this hotel and are very happy. The standard double room is lovely, clean, modern and the shower is wonderful. Breakfast is good and replenished quickly. The evening meal is also lovely. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. We are upgrading to a superior room with jacuzzi purely for a couple of days of complete relaxation before we go home. We knew the pool would be empty before we came - it clearly mentions it on their website. I would come back again, but later in the season, just so I can use the pool as it looks good.

    We stayed at Montespina Park Hotel after our road trip through Puglia. The hotel is very isolated — no shops or restaurants nearby, and quite far from the historic center and public transportation. You’re pretty much forced to have dinner on-site. Paying €25 for a plate of carbonara or bolognese pasta is a bit much. The hotel also blocks deliveries from outside restaurants.Our room was very far from the reception, requiring two elevators to reach it. It was dark and even a bit sketchy. It might have been a 4-star hotel 15 years ago, but definitely not today. The place felt almost deserted. The staff was also not really welcoming.

    What can I say! Wow! This hotel exceeded my expectations, it was such a lovely experience. From the pool to the breakfast to the staff and the cleanliness, everything was just lovely. Every morning while at breakfast our room was cleaned and ready for another day. The breakfast was delicious and always something new to try each day along side the usual breakfast offered. The staff were helpful and always on hand. The pool area, what an absolute gem! We were so lucky to have such amazing weather and to be able to enjoy the pool as it really was the highlight of our stay. Exceptionally clean, always maintained by the staff, and being able to have snacks and drinks on hand was also fantastic at the pool bar. The hotel itself is a short distance walk to the train station, we really enjoyed the walk down and back it was always lovely. The train station then takes you into Naples which is a short 10 min ride at a mere €1.80. Well worth it! And so easy to get around. It was a very relaxing stay and I will highly recommend and be returning. The only down to this holiday that I can honestly say had to be the British holiday makers, not all, but a large group who arrive the day before we were leaving, they can be very loud!! Unlike most EU countries the uk population forgets not everyone wants to hear your conversations. Loud and quite rude to say the least. Especially given it was a Sunday and I like most like to enjoy a chilled day, not listen to people arriving and then almost instantly demanding to move sun loungers around to suit their needs. I found that to be extremely rude. Along with the opinions they had on having to wear swim hats like everyone else. I also didn’t appreciate some of their language being used around the local children who had come to use the pool. I felt embarrassed being around loud British people if I’m honest. I say British as most were but I believe one lady who I heard constantly was Australian. There just isn’t a need to be so loud. But hey other than that it was a wonderful break away.

    Relaxing at Montespina Park Hotel

    My wife and I spent to days at Montespina Park Hotel relaxing by the pool. The pool was clean and at the perfect temperature. We lounged poolside with nice cocktails and lite food. The staff at the pool and restaurant were amazing! Luca, Giuseppe, and Barbara were fantastic and always helpful! The timing for our stay was perfect with US tourist already returning to the states and the Italian families mainly at the beach during this period in late August! We met a nice couple from Paris and a family from Prague who were very friendly. We couldn’t have asked for more! The hotel was recommended by a friend Faby Aprea, who I have known for a long time. Perfect recommendation! Mille Grazie, Faby!
