Location

This hotel is situated in Via San Tommaso d'Aquino, in the centre of Naples just 100 m from the nearest links to the public transport network (bus). It lies only a few steps away from Piazza Municipio and from the main tourist attractions and sites of artistic/cultural interest.     Mold was (and probably still is) growing on the walls and made the entire room reek, the a/c unit quite literally gushed out a bunch of water at 1 a.m and continued to drip for the rest of the night, toilet button broke, beds would slide out from against the wall, etc. Housekeeping came in almost daily yet nothing was fixed nor cleaned. Housekeeping also couldn't speak English nor Italian so communicating was practically impossible (all they could speak was some form of Arabic). The "free internet" didn't work either unless you were in the halls or out on the balcony, even then the connection was very bad.

    Good stuff: staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great with fresh hot drinks made to order. The room was relatively comfortable and reasonably priced. Areas for improvements: Some small changes would have made this a better experience. The hotel should send guests more detail on how to find them, we walked right past. It’s a hotel on the third floor of a building which isn’t obviously sign posted. Also, the plug sockets weren’t great in the room, the one by the desk didn’t work. There wasn’t a plug by the mirror to make it easy to do my hair in the mirror. The beds could do with an extra pillow. Also the window doesn’t open. The Wi-Fi is also very poor so couldn’t access it much. There should also be a hygiene bin in the bathroom.

    We are very happy about choosing this hotel. It is in a very good location, near port, museums, other must see places. We love that hotel is very well secured. Room was very comfortable and clean. Chambermaids changes towels every day. Very good conditionier and also good TV, which we did enjoyed by listeting to italian music. We had breakfest and it were really good. Highly recommended!🤗

    From the moment I arrived I knew that potentially i had made a mistake, it was late I was tired but I was told I wasn't allowed my key and my ciphate the city tax in cash comma something I hadn't expected having literally arrived in Italy an hour earlier, luckily I had enough cash to hand and paid this and got the key to my room which was right across from reception. I hadn't thought that I would need the upgraded room as I was only staying for two nights, do not make the same mistake I made. The room was not soundproofed, I could hear everything in reception (and that entry phone is well used late into the night), staff setting up breakfast early in the morning and people through the walls. There was no mini bar in the room despite it being advertised and all in all the room might have looked good quite a few years ago but it was obvious that no time or attention has been spent on it for a while and for someone with a visual impairment so many blown light bulbs were really problematic (something I did tell staff about). I have to be honest the staff at breakfast and on reception were lovely and did what they could but they couldn't repair the fact that I was becoming ill from lack of sleep something I also made them a way of and if I could have afforded it I would have spent the second night somewhere else and we'd not there. The location is great the breakfast selection is good and the bed was comfortable but that's about all.

    Bracelet stole by room service

    The room service stole my bravelet ,iam sure 100% i put it on the table before i left the 13/05/2023 and then they said that they didnt find it !! Shame on you people !! Its the first time that this happend to me after having in all the countries almost ! Bad experience in this hotel even the reception people are good and welcoming
