Location

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, only around 200 m away from the centre with its numerous shops. Public transport, as well as the historical Greek/Roman centre, lies just a stone's throw from the building, as do the sea, the royal palace, the archaeology museum, bars, taverns, nightclubs, a bus station and a train station (all within around 1 km). 231 non-smoking rooms, including 18 single rooms and 206 double rooms, are located on 30 storeys and can be reached by lift.     I have stayed at a few NH hotels across Europe and they have always been excellent and the panorama was also up there with the best. A great location, fantastic views. clean cool rooms, nice comfy bed, breakfast was plentiful and the service from all staff was exceptional. A would highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Naples

    We booked this hotel since it was part of the Chase Sapphire Travel program and expected it to be a better property. Instead, we were very disappointed. The hotel is no frills starting from when you get there with no valet or bellhop to help you with baggage and no ramp - just stairs in the street to the lobby. The front desk said it wasn't there decision to have no help at the door. If you needed to park a car, it would have been a disaster. The room was also dated and needed a paint job. There was no water, coffee maker or tea pot. It wasn't a cheap hotel - $400 a night so we expected much better. We were also robbed one block from the hotel in broad daylight at 5 PM by a man who then jumped on a waiting vespa - when we told the front desk, it seemed like it was par for the course in Naples - we don't recommend that anyone travel to Naples, Italy.     Hotel rooms need renovating very tired and dated. The location is excellent as was the gluten free option for breakfast.
