    Hotel is a 3 star for a reason. Needs updating, musty smell in room, old fashioned furniture, shower cubicle small & falling apart. Breakfast was poor, chairs with bits missing & tv was so small & no English speaking channels. Area was noisy but had a back room so slightly better. 1 pillow was bit hard. Safe in room didn't work & had to hand key into reception everytime went out. Slightly dodgy but all was ok. There are positives. Location is excellent for Metro & station. Lots of shops & restaurants nearby & the station has a food court. Be VERY careful crossing the roads, they will not stop! Staff were friendly & helpful in hotel. If you want a cheap base this is a good hotel if out most of the day.

    Would happily stay there again, very clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Nit picking the bathroom was a bit tight and it could have done with a few more clothes hangers, Bit worried about the area, but the area around the station is full of police and troops and never had any fuss

    The location was perfect for our city break. We did not find it too noisy, the only noise is the occasional car horn or siren. We all slept really well. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Some of the fixtures could do with being replaced but for a city break the hotel is ideal. Staff were really polite and helpful and the breakfast was perfect. Overall it’s a good value hotel with everything you need.

    A cheap but more than adequate place to stay. Clean and comfortable beds. The people in reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Right by the train station, shops and restaurants.

    Me and my husband had an amazing staying , lovely breakfast and the hotel has a great location. All staffs are friendly and helpful but we send a huge thanks for Vicenzo (receptionist) who support,guide and helps us to have an amazing and unforgettable holidays.
