    A Lovely Oasis

    What made this hotel exceptional was the incredible staff. They were so helpful and accommodating. The room and bed were quite comfortable, and despite facing a busy street, there was no noise at all. I did find the breakfast buffet expensive and plebeian. And I wasn't thrilled that security charges remained on my credit card for almost a week after checking out. But this hotel was otherwise so wonderful that I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

    Lovely hotel with a fabulous set of staff members across the range.The only issue we had is that, although this magnificent hotel has two beautiful courtyard spaces, neither have any natural sunshine due to the canopies in place.We had to go outside the facilities to be able to sit in the sunshine with a drink.The venue must be losing revenue because of this.

    Arrived late afternoon, first time in Naples ! , the area had an old world European feel , but also quite run down , lots of traffic and people on motorcycles who don’t care about pedestrians. Check in was a bit slow with passport information being used for registration. I wish hotel would stop this practice and just use your name , booking reference etc . Staff were friendly at the front desk be we eventually were given our keycards . My room was clean and spacious and looked onto another room , fairly well equipped room , no USB socket but had my travel plug , WiFi was non existent with the code and password not working, most Hiltons have stayed in accepted my Hilton honor s credentials. Bed was clean and comfortable , some noise from outside I used my earplugs and eyeshades to sleep, shower was good , but noantislip rubber mat and no soap dish , as I use my own soap . . The architecture of the hotel is interesting and pleasant and it is not far from the main airport about 20 minutes and is a good location if you want to explore the city . A pleasant stay nice breakfast. But WiFi did not work

    Nice hotelGreat location, close to the historic centre. Nice welcome from the reception staffCheck-in time 3pm which they seem to adhere to very strict. Room very nice, feature wall behind the bed. Very big room, very clean Lovely big comfortable bedNice bathroom with good shower and toiletries.Kettle and tea/coffee. Shame that there is not a coffee machine that takes the coffee pods. Safe.Fridge with complimentary water Hair dryer, bath robe, slippers.Air conditioning Lovely big lounge with a nice sofa.Breakfast - ok but not excellent. I was expecting better.A reasonable choice of hot and cold foods, pastries, fruit etc. I thought that the bread was not fresh on the day! If you want freshly prepared items you can order them and they are priced individually.

    Average hotel, rooms and comfortable enough but no internet.We were given the access code for the internet but I think the range is not enough to reach their own rooms. Even the TV which evidently ran off the internet couldn’t provide channels . If your looking for a hotel with decent WiFi, forget this one.
