The staff at this hotel absolutely nailed it with their efficiency and courtesy, from giving us early access to storing our luggage and booking us taxi's. Its perfect for a pre or post cruise stay in Naples.

Arrived late from the airport + departed at noon the next day for Pompeii + the Amalfi Coast. Clean + quaint hotel 10-15 min transfer from the airport. Busy street very close to the cruise ship terminal so it was fairly noisy yet not unexpected for a city location. No complaints. Small room but it was all we needed for an overnight stay after a long flight. Friendly + helpful staff.

We stayed there on our weekend getaway to Naple, it's not located in the best area of the town but it's very convenient and you can easily access to the most of touristic areas and city center easily with a less than a 30 min walk during Day and night I was not sure about the safety of thearea but we didn't face any problems even walking back at night, our room had a problem and Mr. Nicola Handled it very professionally so we left with lots of beautiful memories from Naple and a box of sweets they have prepared for us which was a very nice touch. If you want to stay in a 4star hotel with a reasonable price I recommend this one.

Really great hotel with extremely friendly staff, the people at reception were incredibly helpful and interesting to speak with, especially the young lady during the day. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was nice with good selection and the location was very ideal
