    We stayed in this hotel for a one night stop-over in Naples. Location was the best part, as central & close to everything we wanted to visit. However, to say ‘boutique’ it was not. We booked a ‘deluxe’ double room & again it was not deluxe - no ‘city view’ plus all the accessories listed in the description on the website were not there. We would have complained & asked to be moved, but the check-in was at the Soul Art Hotel which is confusing as was the building layout itself. For us to get over to our room in the Boutique Hotel Piazza Carita, it was a task with heavy luggage & could be challenging to navigate around the stairways & antiquated lift system. If visiting again we would look for an alternative, as I am sure Naples has a lot to offer.

    Great location for exploring Naples - numerous restaurants near by - very comfortable rooms - great buffet breakfast - staff very helpful - finding location can be challenging - off a plaza and not clearly marked - have to go through a large metal gate that is locked down at times and into a large multi-story commercial building

    The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, and had great amenities for the price point. It was inside a business building, and was very secure at night. The front desk service was great and was able to accommodate an early check in when I switched rooms from a double to a single. I really enjoyed my stay.

    Clean modern small hotel. No issues with Wifi or hot water as other customers detailed over my 7 days here. Centrally located in the tourist area. I would stay here again. Make sure you go up stair case B to get to the hotel.

    Good value for money for its location. It’s a small hotel set within a larger building containing other commercial units such as a bank, dentist and I believe some residential apartments on higher floors. This makes the arrival experience a little strange, but once you’ve figured out where you’re going it’s fine - worth mentioning the hotel does contact you prior to arrival and offers sufficient details to know where to go.The hotel is located in the old part of Naples, right next to all the winding vibrant streets of the old town that are full of restaurants, bars, shops and cathedrals. It’s also near the main high street which offers the more mainstream shops, and it is close to Toledo station - stop on the Naples Metro system.The hotel itself is basic enough, however the room rate was very reasonable for what we got and its location. The staff were pleasant and rooms were spacious and clean. We didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment here.All in all, a decent stay and I would return for roughly the same rate - which was circa €150 in early September.
