    Great hotel and fabulous team. Clean rooms, good a/c and a lovely pool and easily walkable to the beach. The breakfast, catering team were super helpful but the best had to be Emma on reception. Thanks all for a lovely stay!

    Awful hotel, avoid, not in Naples

    Great booking and payment, flight was good but then it fell apart. We stayed at Premiere hotel Naples, which is a taxi ride and 45 minute train ride from Naples in a very run down area. The hotel takes in huge parties of school children, screaming, shouting banging doors until early hours. Loads of complaints to reception who did nothing. Eventually contacted Love Holidays who contacted hotel, still no improvement and told there was nothing hotel could do. After 3 nights we left and moved to an apartment in Naples. Looking at reviews Love Holidays have been aware of problems at this hotel for at least 2 years and are still using it! Totally wasted 3 days of our holiday. As well as the noise the hotel is run down, our room wasn’t cleaned in the 3 days, spa bath expelled brown gunk when used, dusty room, pool closed, spa treatments not available, pool bar non existant. Won’t be using love holidays again.They have investigated my complaint and THE HOTEL is offering me a voucher for a 4 night stay to cover the 4 nights I didn’t use! Are they for real? Like I’d ever go back!! And Love Holidays is this the best you can offer? I’m too disgusted to even get annoyed! You are a seriously disgraceful company!Apparently yes that is the best they can offer!

    Stayed here in March with my husband. Very bad location, far from everything. Nothing in the area. No pick ups available from the hotel for tours. We had to figure that out ourselves. Hotel staff were nice and so was breakfast. Our room was overlooking a noisy street very hard to sleep and Italian students every night very annoying. Phone wouldn't work in our room. Lights were flickering and it took the 2nd day before it was fixed. Phone never got fixed. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. The jacuzzi bath was the best part of the room. We enjoyed our massages though. Would not stay here again.

    Ok for fly and flop but not in Naples

    Not in Naples, noisy with large school parties staying. Staff pleasant but not truthful. Room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Brown gunk left after using spa bath. Dust circulated by air con. Taxi to railway station then 45 minute train journey to Naples. Pool closed. Breakfast ok but basic. Run down neighbourhood with very little there.
