  Good, confortable hotel

  The property is fairly new and in generally good condition. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good and satisfying. There was on site free parking. There was a nice restaurant located on the lower level, great place for lunch.

  Very good but location in naples very very Misleading!!!!

  I want to be very honest about this hotel. I am a Radisson awards member and always stay in Radisson hotels. I booked this hotel in March on the app and have just stayed 4 very enjoyable nights.Positives of this hotel:Great value.Staff at the reception and breakfast were super friendly.Breakfast is pretty good.... fruit, pastries, cheeses, ham, tea and coffee. There are scrambled eggs, bacon etc but every morning I found this food wasn't the warmest however when I plated my food, the staff were more than happy to heat ours up and they were very pleasant. However, they really need some fresh orange juice for customers... this is a must and I really missed it.Rooms were very comfortable.. we were upgraded to a supreme room with a balcony but I would not call what we had a balcony. Barely room for 1 person.There was a restaurant attached onto the hotel with a good range of good value food. Staff were nice apart from one girl who had an attitude.... wrong drinks and food brought to our table with no apology whatsoever. However, what I found unacceptable was that she asked us to pay for our bill while we were still eating!!!! She got a very curt reply from myself to go away. Again no apology. I only have one negative aspect to this hotel and that is the LOCATION.As I said when I booked this hotel I assumed that it was in Naples! NO IT IS NOT IN NAPLES. IT IS HALF AN HOUR OUTSIDE NAPLES AND THAT IS HALF AN HOUR IN A TAXI AND 1HOUR AND HALF ON THE BUS!!!!!!Our taxi fare from the airport to the hotel was €80 and the same from the city back home in the evening. The taxi drivers just seemed to grossly overcharge customers.The hotel will book a taxi from the hotel for you at a set price of €60.Please if you are staying here and wanting to sight see around Naples, please take this into consideration as I have seen nothing like this mentioned in previous reviews.In the first 3 days of our trip we spent €350 simply because we had trips booked in naples that were very early in the morning.After a long day we then got the bus back but sitting on a bus in busy traffic for an hour and a half is very difficult I feel that Radisson should not be advertising this hotel as in Naples but simply in Nola which is a district outside Naples.We also met another couple who also booked the hotel thinking it was in the centre of Naples so this seems to be a common mistake that people are making and they are being mislead.Nevertheless we had a lovely trip and the hotel itself was very good.

  very poor maintenancethe fridge in my room did not work from the start.i had food which needed refrigerationfor 3 days they could not fix the problem.at the last day the cleaning lady stored the food in the hotel fridge but she forgot to tell any one about that.it took an hour to find my stuff.the hotel has an restaurant .terrible!!!the worst food i have had in my life.no labels to tell you how to operate the safeno tv program..missed a crucial football game.very small and crowded bath room.the bed is nice.the staf is friendly.quite far from naples.my mark, 3 stars ..

  We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson in Nola! The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service we received from the employee on duty Wednesday, May 21st — she was incredibly helpful and kind, and even upgraded our room, which we greatly appreciated. Both of our rooms were absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and overall comfort made our stay truly enjoyable. We’d love to return the next time we’re in NOLA!

  Great Location for Exploring the Area – Comfortable, Safe, and Welcoming

  I stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Nola, Italy from April 2025 during a solo trip and had a great experience. The hotel was in a convenient location that made it easy to travel around and visit nearby towns and attractions. It was the ideal place to return to after a day of sightseeing.The property was clean, modern, and felt very safe — which was especially important to me as a solo traveler. The gated parking added an extra sense of security, and the comfort level throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke English fluently, which made everything easier and more relaxing.Right next door, there’s a restaurant space offering several options including a café, a bistro, and a sit-down restaurant. The staff there also spoke English, and the variety of food and drink options was great. There were also multiple amenities located nearby, like grocery stores and other shops, in case you wanted something beyond the local café.I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially solo travelers looking for a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.
