    Fabio and the team were so welcoming, friendly and provided an excellent service. The roof top terrace is a hidden gem in Napoli. Best Aperol spritz I’ve I ever tasted!

    This is a horrible “hotel”When we arrived we had to wait 1 hour before we could come in our room so they could clean it witch is fine IF THE ACTUALLY CLEANED ITThere was hair in the toilet, ash in the sink and overall just not clean. Like dust and sand and hair on the floor. To make it worse the shower was either boiling or freezing. And the cherry on top was that everyone woke up with Strange scratchy bites🫠

    I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the first sight was not good. In general, the room has old furniture and there was no plug close to my bed to charge my iPhone. The bathroom was dirty with few amanities and the door banged against the wc. Furthermore, my bedsheets smelled like bleach and I also found some yellow spots. Sorry but this is not a four stars hotel. Despite this, the first day the receptionist was kind providing useful info about Naples.

    We were a large party. Check in was organised and went smoothly. From start to finish the staff at this wonderful hotel were attentive, helpful and charming. I would like to mention Carlo, Monica and Lucretia who were so helpful all day and every day. We had a glitch hitch with the air con in one of our rooms and the issue was sorted quickly. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Breakfast had a great selection of foods to suit everyone. We had a G/F person in our group and this was no problem at all. Dinner was wonderful with tasty dishes served every evening. My room was charming. It was spotless and well presented. The bed was very comfortable. There was a lovely roof terrace which was a great place to unwind after a busy day. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel who made our stay so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    Where to begin. Our stay at this hotel was a significant disappointment, especially considering the price we paid. The room was in poor condition, with noticeable dirt and a shower that barely functioned. Despite paying for a balcony view, we were disappointed to find none. The room itself was cramped, lacking wardrobe space, and furnished with pillows the quarter of a normal size. Also, the lock to our door barely worked and felt quite unsafe. The room was the worst i’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed in many basic hostels. Our sleep was frequently disrupted by noise, including early morning piano playing at 5am and a prolonged screaming match from the above floor, which went on from 3am to 7am and management failed to address despite our complaints.While the hotel's location was convenient for accessing the train station, it was a bit far from the metro. The breakfast offered was unappetizing and lacking variety, further diminishing our experience. The only bright spot was the pleasant demeanour of the barman.Moreover, despite claims of a rooftop bar, it was non-existent. Additionally, upon departure, we were surprised to find an attempt to overcharge us for the tourist tax (charged us for 3 people instead of 2). Overall, our stay left much to be desired, and we felt like we wasted our money. The only redeeming aspect of our holiday was leaving this disappointing hotel. While I can typically tolerate basic accommodations, the disparity between the hotel's advertised features and what we experienced was unacceptable.
