    Reception Team were very kind and helpful, the hotel is close to amenities and ferry ports. The room wasn't what we expected from the pictures online, the view was disappointing. It's been lovely to have you here but, as we all agreed during your stay, we were not responsible for how your travel agency sponsored the view from our b&b.     We liked our stay in the B&B very much. The location is excellent, as restaurants, the boulevard and public transportation are at walking distance from the B&B. Our son had a renovated room. Ours was a bit outdated but the bed was good and everything was working fine and clean. The girls at the reception are great and always helping you to find your way into Naples. Breakfast was fine with a good choice of food to choose from. In our room, we missed a watercooker and some cups to prepare a cup of tea or coffee. But in Nalkes, a bar is never far off ;-)We can recommend this B&B for your stay in Naples!

    We booked the apartment with a Wonderbox voucher. We added 3 nights and paid 420 euros for this. Dark and cold apartment. Small bathroom. We avoided to be there and stayed out in the city as long as possible. Not a pleasant place to stay. We ordered a breakfast to take away and got 4 slices of old bread and some biscuits.Good location and clean are the only positive points. We have been travelling for more than 40 years and never experienced this at that price. Did the lights not turn on? You didn't mention to anyone. Furthermore, during the days of your stay, Naples experienced bad weather; also, we're in the courtyard of a historical building (you can search on wikipedia, if you please, that is "palazzo della Paggeria Reale"), so forgive us if we had no power over sunlight."Cold": the apartment is provided with air conditioning and radiators. Were there any malfunctioning? As far as we're concerned, they work normally, and you didn't mention any issue about the heating system."Small bathroom": what is "small", exactly? It is your opinion, not a fact. The shower box is pretty big, there is enough space to be comfortable. "Not a pleasant place to stay": again, that is entirely up to your taste. Many other people appreciated it. Of course we have many different other rooms, such as Deluxe or Suite types, but you required the apartment. Breakfast in room is a service that many b&b don't even do, and hotels do only after paying an extra charge. We did it gladly following your explicit request for free, you had fresh bread, eggs, yogurt, fruit juices and cheese as you requested. We're sorry to acknowledge that this is what we get for having been welcoming and kind.We certainly hope to see you again, perhaps in a kind of room that suits your taste more.Kind regards

    A small, friendly, quaint hotel, with very friendly staff on reception, and a quirky entrance through a communal courtyard full of character which adds to the charm of a tucked away accommodation in the heart of Naples (4 minutes on foot from breathtaking Piazza del Plebiscito). The building actually used to house the servants of the close Palazzo Reale! What an experience!I would highly recommend it - I was lucky enough to stay in the luxury suite, where my four-poster bed was literally enveloped by a fresco of Teatro San Carlo - I felt I was on stage! Bathroom with luxurious bath was spotless, as was the room, internet was super and the breakfast abundant and delicious, with continental and typical Neapolitan specialties. I enjoyed every minute and wish I could have stayed more. Would definitely book there again should I need to stay overnight in Naples in the future.
