Location

The hotel is set in the most representative and prestigious area of Naples, next to the Partenope seaside promenade. Borgo Marinari, with the amazing, uniquely shaped Castel dell'Ovo, and the tourist harbour, with the most famous restaurants of the city, can be reached in 5 minutes. Guests will find the bus station around 600 m away and shopping facilities some 300 m from the hotel. Naples Airport is around 11 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 9 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Wonderful designed room, best location. Spacious , clean, comfortable especially for family with 2-3 children. Even they have little pull kitchen and coffee machines with full of capsules 🥰. The host really nice and attentive. Good communication. Very kind and helpful. We were staying 5 days and i feel like i want to stay more than that. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. I had wonderful stay.

    location located very close to the center, clean, spacious, with all the necessary internet, air conditioning, a small kitchen. if we return to Naples we will definitely call Daniela again, a welcoming host. from the location we only walked to the center and to the port of Naples where the boats leave for Capri, Amalfi, Positano, Sorento etc

    great location to everything, helpful staff, thanks for your help with taxis, and where to go. Room was super clean, and nice to relax in. Bathroom was clean and easy to use. Loved the outdoor deck. Would stay here again. such a great trip.

    Getting the most out of a short trip

    This is a beautiful corner of Naples. Located within walking distance from everything, the Residenza Echia is a superb place where relax and enjoy the warm of Naples.You can opt to walk towards Piazza del Plebiscito (8 min) and then Teatro San Carlo, the Galleria to then turn right and within 5 min to be at the doorstep of the Castel Nuovo ( Maschio Angioino). Otherwise you can just walk to the front sea via Caracciolo and enjoy a breath taking view of the Naples gulf. Sorrento, Capri and a bit more far Ischia are there to take your hearth away.If you want to visit the city with a perfect guide, ask for Massimo. He will be your driver and take you to places that will make your visit unforgettable. His knowledge and professional approach will certainly please the most demanding travelers.
