We knew the hotel was out of the city. It didn't realise it was this far, for us it cost €60 to get to as it was out of the city. For us it was too pricey to then get a taxi into the city everyday and the train ride was too long so we checked out and walked over two hours to the city to a closer hotel. The hotel seemed nice but we had no air con and when I went to the toilet there was hair in the shower and the toilet smelt of fish.

Great restaurant, excellent service, friendly staff. The restaurant chef runs the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant is amazing. One of the best in Naples. The bed had a foam memory mattress and pillows, so we slept like babies. Nice deco and a great variety of wines of all region. Impressive!Clean, plenty of parking. Ideal if you are driving but not if you are walking. Good size of rooms and great air conditioning. Lovely balcony, great breakfast buffet. I will recommend and will comeback every time I go to Naples

First-your in Italy. Don’t sit around in your hotel room. Second-spend your money on something other than your hotel room. The rooms are a bit dated and there might be a broken something or other (lamp in our case) and it might take awhile for the AC to actually cool the room down. And the beds...normal European (is this a mattress or just a box spring) bed. But...the staff was wonderful, the rest of the hotel is charming and the food was excellent! You completely cannot beat it for the price!

Overall, my stay here was good. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the rooms were clean. The internet in the rooms could be spotty, though. One evening, after I mentioned this to the front desk, Vincent, at the front desk, spent a good half hour fixing what appeared to be the problem at the time. (The problem was solved for a solid 24 hours. Not sure why, 24 hours after he fixed it, though, the internet in the rooms, again, did not work, unfortunately.)

Great Hotel!! Family run with attention to all details!. Best if you have a car, they have free parking included and about 2 KM away is the Metro Station Linea 1 Chaiano Station ( car parking 1.5 Euros all day) which has stops at all the tourist sites and even at the airport!.Many connections too!. The hotel staff can also transport you to and from the the Metro or take a local bus. The hotel is SUPER clean, the rooms are big and comfortable. The bathrooms updated. The breakfast is extensive buffet with many homemade cakes/ pastries and cookies, croissants " cornetto/i" .Cold meats/cheese and scrambled eggs. Toast, juices. Espresso/ Cappuccino etc.. Their restaurant is SUPER popular too and gets great reviews. We will need to try it next time, but we LOVED coming back late and seeing it full of locals finishing up. Once, they had a wedding too and we got to try the wedding cake the next morning for breakfast as they served it for the wedding party family and hotel guests. It was super delicious!. Made on premises! I can't say enough about the FANTASTIC staff: Antonio and Vittorio!!!! Thank you SOOOOOOOO Much.!!! They are so kind, and always trying to make our stay better, giving us suggestions and recommendations on where to go!. The service was Excellent!!!. and delivered with a very friendly and warm Neapolitan touch! Don't be put off by the surroundings. The hotel is smack in the middle of a busy road in the outskirts of the city center, but very close and super safe!! Highly recommended for the quality, price and wonderful service , breakfast and accommodations! Will definitely return. Actually, my husband wants to go back to Italy ( Napoli !) just to go visit this lovely hotel and family!PS they also have a fantastic wine Cellar!
