Location

Situated close to the historical city centre, this hotel is ideally located for those wishing to explore Naples. Facility

Guests have a choice of 18 suites, 31 single rooms and 358 double rooms located in a 10-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop.     Some good...some not so good.Perfect location and although traffic was awful (30 mins to go 5 miles from the Airport)fairly short transfer as we were only there for a long weekend.Huge hotel so fairly impersonal but staff very professional.Nice view from room but pretty dated.Bathroom very old and as others have mentioned it is uncomfortable to shower as bath narrows to the point where you cannot stand easily.Breakfast choice was excellent but quality poor.Bars and Marina around the hotel lovely - recommend "Ba-Bar" just behind the hotel.Overall average hence the rating.

    Stayed for 2 nights. Had a sea view with views over the marina and fort. Probably the best view from a hotel we’ve ever had. Absolutely superb breakfast with extensive options. The room we stayed in was a good size. The hotel looks a bit tired but I would recommend it nevertheless.     Nice stay - spacious room, lovely breakfast

    This was the 3rd hotel we stayed in during our tour of Italy. Our room was spacious by European standards. The bathroom was a good size with strong shower pressure. Air conditioning was excellent., room safe was big enough to fit 2 iPads inside, and WiFi was really good. Buffet breakfast was large and included fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, yogurt, etc. Hotel is on the waterfront. Easy 15 minute stroll to center of Naples. 20 minute walk to ferry terminal. Would stay here again.     Just returned from a city break staying at The Royal Continental. We had swift check in, a clean twin room with everything we needed, kettle, hairdryer, water replaced in the fridge each day. Spotlessly clean. We had a meal in the restaurant one evening, the food was excellent, the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely evening enjoying the fantastic view over the bay. Taxis outside the hotel. A perfect place to stay. We will be back.     Checked in today 4/28. Hotel had NO WATER. Since being turned on its coming out DARK BROWN! Also, no irons? Seriously? The only thing this hotel has going for itself is the view.
