    Had a great stay at The Ruins. Room was comfortable (although drains were a bit smelly ). Would have liked a kettle in the room. Ideally situated to explore the region. Which we did extensively. Trains were interesting but regular. Staff were great. Rooms clean. Breakfast great to start the day. Would definitely stay again.

    Second time at this hotel lovely clean airy rooms. Beautiful terrace to sit and relax. Staff are very helpful. Good restaurants just around the corner. Look forward to visiting again . The ruins are just across the road. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious cappuccino.

    Just perfect for a location and great staff, for our family get together. Clean, welcoming, easy parking and close to great restaurants and bars. Station to Pompeii and Naples close by too.A great stay which our multi generational family enjoyed

    What a dump! The reviews are right and I always try to see the best in something. I booked this on Expedia, the reviews were good on there but in reality it is far from a nice b and b. Tbf the room was clean, if not the smallest room we have ever stayed in. No room for suitcases let alone a bed. Big patio area but extremely unpleasant, overlooked by apartments and very noisy people. Dead plants and crumbling walls. The photos do not reflect this awful place. Hated every second. However, ideal location to Herculaneum if you can put up with staying in such a horrible place.
