  I would not stay at Hotel San Pietro again.We booked a room for three people, which included a bed and a pull-out sofa bed. During the night, water began dripping from a ceiling vent directly above the sofa bed. The issue appeared to be connected to a toilet flushing in the room above us. Each time the toilet flushed, water came through the vent and onto the pillow area beside where my daughter was sleeping.We immediately contacted the front desk. We were told the hotel was fully booked and that there were no other rooms available. Staff said they would send someone to investigate, but no one ever came. The problem occurred multiple times throughout the night. Ultimately, we had to move the sofa bed ourselves, remove the wet bedding, and find replacement blankets from the room closet.Prospective guests should also be aware that the bathroom layout offers very little privacy. The shower and toilet areas are located within the main room rather than in a separate enclosed bathroom, making it difficult for multiple people sharing a room to change clothes or get ready comfortably.Another issue was noise. The street noise outside was extremely loud and continued well into the night, making it difficult to sleep.Finally, the hotel advertises fast Wi-Fi, but the internet service in our room was poor. All three of us experienced weak connectivity. When we asked about it, we were told that some rooms receive a better signal than others.Problems can happen at any hotel. What disappointed us most was the lack of response when a significant issue affected a guest's sleeping area. Based on our experience, the room quality, noise level, internet reliability, and customer service did not meet expectations.

  Robbed at Hotel San Pietro

  During our stay at the Hotel San Pietro, our room was robbed while we slept. Our phones, credit cards, drivers licenses, cash, wallet, purse, and more were stolen. The safe was useless because it had a physical key instead of a code/keypad, and the safe and room key (also physical) were also stolen.The hotel staff/management's response was unacceptable. No one apologized or offered any real help, just blamed it on problems with immigration and suggested we go to the police. We didn't expect the police to really care or do anything except write a report. We did expect SOMEONE from the hotel to care. On that, and obviously their ability to keep guests and their belongings safe, the Hotel San Pietro fell woefully short.What's crazy is that we liked Naples and felt pretty safe on the streets, even at night. We took precautions to prevent pickpocketing and stayed aware of our surroundings. But it turned out we weren't safe in our own room. Stay elsewhere for your own peace of mind.

  More like an old 3 star hotel.

  It’s more like a 3 star hotel staff are friendly and helped with directions and places to see. Rooms are dated think they could do with an overhaul not the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was below par so don’t bother including in your booking just grab a coffee & a pastry from the many nearby cafes.

  The staff was super friendly and helpful. This was the best part about this hotel. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the train station, which worked out well for catching a train. But at night, it felt sketchy walking in the area around the hotel. There are many abandoned buildings, dark alleys, and seemingly shady people around. Our room was run-down, the light fixture next to the bed was cracked and broken, the windows were filthy, and there were streaks of grime and hair on the floor, like it seemed like the floors were mopped with dirty mop or mop water. The normal shower head was broken, but there was a second waterfall shower head which was nice.They did provide slippers for our stay which was a nice perk to make me feel better about the dirty floor. The breakfast on the rooftop patio was decent and included.

  I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was very impressed with the level of customer service. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. From check-in to housekeeping, every employee I encountered was courteous and helpful, which made a great first impression.Unfortunately, my stay was severely impacted by a serious issue: bed bugs. On the first night, I noticed a few bites on my arms but assumed they were from mosquitoes. However, on the second day, I noticed more bites on my arms and legs. A hotel that prides itself on great service should also maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and pest control.I hope management takes immediate action to address this issue to protect future guests. The quality of the staff deserves recognition, but this experience has unfortunately overshadowed my stay.
