    Booked a room late, not long after booking tried to charge 30 euros late entry fee. We tried to pay their fee by card but they demanded cash.Avoid this place, they will leave you at your most vulnerable.

    It was amazing and very good manager that help us in everything. The coffee was so good and breakfast.     Hotel is on perfect location. Close to most of city attractions. Rooms are basic but nice and clean. Breakfast is also basic but cheap. But what we really liked about this place were hosts. They were super nice, helpful and communicative.

    We stayed for a night in April before a flight home. Luckily, we only had to stay for a few hours before waking up at 4am for our flight. The hotel (as mentioned in lots of other reviews) is ridiculously hard to find! There is no obvious signage outside so we were wandering up and down the street and round the block looking for it. We asked someone in the end who pointing out the building and the buzzer. We checked in ok from this point, paid our city tax and reception helpfully booked us a taxi (one pro). Our room was extremely basic, a springy mattress, a pillow each, one bedside lamp. The bathroom was awful: the toilet seat was nearly hanging off, it didn’t flush properly and made a continual sound of running water, the tap was stiff and the shower cubicle had half a door meaning the bathroom floor got soaked. The walls were as thick as tissue paper and you could hear everything happening in reception and other people’s rooms. We needed some water and asked to pay for it and a different receptionist tried to charge us again for city tax. The area was fairly noisy on a Saturday night and needless to say, we didn’t sleep much and would NOT stay again, even for a stopover. There is no way that this hotel is a 3 star!
