  Quirky hotel

  I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. All areas of the hotel are very clean. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Some of the staff were a little rude and abrupt when I spoke to them but the majority were very pleasant and helpful. The cruise ships dock extremely close to the hotel and can be seen from all the bedrooms which makes for a quirky, unique experience! By staying at this hotel you are conviently located very close to where all the boat trips depart. Unfortunately, I left a pair of Apple ear buds in our room after we had checked out - not realising my mistake until after we had arrived home. After numerous emails between myself and the hotel there didn't seem to be a straight forward way for me to be reunited with my ear buds and I had to jump through that many hoops that it just didn't seem worth bothering with in the end! Why couldn't the hotel simply put my item in the post and invoice me the postage costs? Would that of been too easy? Other than this incident, we had a very enjoyable time staying at this hotel.   Best Customer Service Hotel Located in Heart of Napoli

  We stayed at the Napoli Smart Hotel for two nights after a small-ship cruise. We had no idea when we booked this hotel that we only had to walk a minute to get to the hotel reception. It is literally at the pier. Reception exceeded our expectations in assisting us with questions and requests. Reception was extremely warm, efficient, cordial, and thankfully spoke our language! (Grazie!) The room was spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom shower was amazing. WiFi worked perfectly. Included breakfast included the basic western dishes as well as freshly-baked delicious pastry and tart options. The spinach pie was divine! The location is walking distance in minutes to tour the city center. The special surprise was that we had an early departure to the airport, and we were offered a breakfast box. That is something we did not expect. It was such a nice touch and gesture. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel in Napoli! It is a solid 4-star hotel with premier customer service.   Excellent quiet stay in modern hotel.

  Despite the unusual location (by the Cruise Liner Terminal) the hotel was excellent.Plusses; Very quiet, night and day; very modern; great staff; comfortable beds nd pillows; super bathroom and well lit; easy access to Metro; restaurant surprised us with it's good quality.Minuses; Breakfast rather average; coffee machines make poor coffee.   Much Better Than Expected!

  I was not very excited to stay at the Cruise Ship Terminal Hotel because it appeared very expensive the for the modest furnishings and amenities. However, the hotel was new and very convenient. I loved the hotel restaurant on the water. But, what impressed me the most was that the hotel was new, clean and the staff was great!   Ideally situated and modern hotel for Naples and Ferry

  This hotel is ideally situation for exploring the city as well as catching a ferry. Very close to metro station and hop on and hop off bus, buses to airport and station all stop outside. It’s rather spoilt by being so close to the endless parade of cruise ships which anchor next door. It’s modern, spacious a bit bland and unimaginative, adequate but not amazing food re breakfast and snack. We stayed 2 nights. No pool or picturesque outdoor space.
