    DO NOT STAY HEREThe location and the room are awful. We immediately felt unsafe. The rooms were unhygienic, and nothing like there pictures.We left immediately and we were promised an instant refund which we never received.We called everyday for our refund but the manager “was never available”Any staff we spoke to in the desk shouted down the phone to us and was rude. When we asked for a name they hung up.Booking.com seemed to be in on the con as they did not help at all and had no intention of helping with a refund. The hotel is terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE

    This must be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was filthy, grim and in the scariest area. Don’t get me started on the bathroom with a toilet brush which was so badly soiled and left with half a loo roll which had excrement on it ! We were booked in for three nights but could only manage one night and then had to find another hotel. Awful place !

    Hotel Guiren is a perfect place to stay in Napels if your just looking for somewhere to lay your head for the night. If you are going out exploring then this hotel is very suitable. The room had great air conditioning unit and a good working shower. The double bed was two single beds put together, and was not comfortable but done what we needed. The bathroom consisting of a shower cubical, sink, toilet and bidet.Considering we had a balcony onlooking the main road,which is extrememly noisy when the doors were closed it was surprisingly very quiet. Hotel guiren is about 3 minute walk to train,metro and bus stations.The staff that we met were all very friendly and gave information on places to visit and how to get there.However as per the website,there is no bar and no lift.Many reviews we read before we went to Napels were saying how terrible the hotel was, but we actually found it fine. And as for the area,well Napels is a beautiful city.Yes there is a lot of grafitti everywhere.Yes it is dirty. And yes there are alot of migrants. But they caused no problem and were either polite upon speaking or kept themselves to themselves.If you are looking to visit Napels you must look past the dirt and grafitti as it has so much going for it. So many beautiful historic places...Pompii, Herculaneum, Archeological museum, Mount Vesuvius, San Severro chapel, Bourbon tunnels, Royal palace and so much more. We had an amazing holiday,so be open minded and enjoy the beautiful city of Napels

    I’ve stayed at this hotel from May 25 to 26 with 2 friends. when we arrived at the hotel, we realized it is in a very badly frequented street/neighborhood, with prostitutes and a lot of dirt. The hotel is also very dirty, with poor hygiene, cracked walls, uncomfortable beds, poor sound insulation and poorly attended. Television and wifi do not work, bathroom floor was cracked and, the sheets have hairs on it and the flush in the toilet was leaking all night. At the checkout, when asked for a complain book, we were informed the only way to present a proper complain is writing a comment on TripAdvisor/Trivago. This hotel does not worth even a star, much less the three by which it is recommenced. I would not recommend spending a night in this hotel!
