  4th time staying here! 2x this trip 10 days apart and twice last year for two different trips so that should tell you a lot! This place has a great location for shopping and restaurants - easy access for walking and transportation. The staff is fantastic in setting up the reservation as well as supplying and information and recommendations about the area. The rooms are air conditioned and clean. If you arrive after normal check-in you pick up the keys from the concierge when you walk in. I have stayed here with a business partner on a work trip in 2024 and also with my son for father son trips in 2024 and 2025. I highly recommend staying here.

  Yes it is a great location. But it is noisy and not very clean. And the receptionist for the few minutes she is there is rather unfriendly. Neapels itself is great when you go around. The area of this b and b is not the best. But ok. The breakfast option included in a nearby restaurant is not worth it. We didn’t sleep well for two nights. In the first one they came collecting bins in the middle of the night. Second was some sort of party. Really hard do sleep not to mention the shades don’t make the room dark at all. Wouldn’t return.

  Worst hotel experience

  I had a reservation Aug 24 - 3 nights prepaid spent over 670 dollars . Coming from Paris my flight was delayed . Now knowing my arrival time will be in the evening I began call the hotel to advise around 8pm . No answer from the hotel I called over over 10 times until my flight left Paris. After many delays my arrive in Paris was after midnight still calling hotel no answer. Not much of a choice I spent 70 euros to get me to hotel by taxi . Just to arrive dark alley and door lock could not get into building . I even called hotels.com and opened up a case no luck reaching hotel. Impressed the intercom for the loft no response just kept ringing . After many hours with my kids and family not feeling safe no room around 7am I walked until I could find a new room . Next afternoon I continued with to call no answer Finally I receive a messsge of a missed call three days later spoke to Valerie manager says she refuses any refund for my three days I was a NO SHOW . Not one apology from her didn’t care unveleive customer service . Took no fault on her own or the property and kept my full three nights .   This is not a hotel, more like an air b&b with maid service

  The not so good: This is not a hotel, which I did not really suspect until they started asking me for an arrival time. I wasn’t sure exactly when I would arrive because my cousin who I hadn’t seen in years was picking me up at the airport and taking me to lunch. I wasn’t expecting to have to schedule my check in when I have never been to this city and didn’t no how long it would take to have to get anywhere. The second problem was arriving on a very rainy Sunday afternoon to a locked gate. Even though I had been in contact with the host, no warning was given about the locked gate or instructions about how to contact them through the gate intercom. We were soaked and our luggage was soaked and we were expected to carry it up a flight of stairs. After getting settled, the only issue was that we didn’t have enough toilet paper for the first night and there was no one around to give us any or to buy any when we ran out. Really some better communication in advance of check in and more clarity about the nature of the space in the posting would have avoided these issues.The good: excellent location, very clean and spacious and comfortable room. Giant bed. Great area to walk around in, close to lots of sights. Great street food right outside the door. Great place to stay so long as you know what to expect. Roberta Matera Sanseverino, Servizi per gli ospiti/front office at Toledo Loft, responded to this review Good morning ,i supposed your reservation was under the surname Monroe.i m very sorry but i think you are in error cause a bad a rainy day can't stop you from knocking on the intercom, from being courteous to reception or from trying to cancel your reservation because you didn't understand that toledo loft is a bed and breakfast and not a hotel.YOU HAD FREE CANCELLATION 3 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL.You set me to check in at 3pm, then you asked for check in at 1pm and then you got lost in the building DESPITE OF THERE WAS A CONCIERGE AND OPEN RECEPTION.I gave you my personal number and you continued to send emails via booking.There is always extra toilet paper, just check under the shelf.Thank you for all the compliments to our rooms but as regards the greater clarity in the instructions to get to the structure I would advise you to be more careful.Kind regardsValeria
