    There is something absolutely charming about this hotel. My room looked out onto a quiet private courtyard with a view. In the morning our host Raffaele and staff personally brought cappuccino and a pastry to the guestrooms and I was able to enjoy mine in the quiet courtyard. The room was very comfortable with crisp bedding and soft pillows. The neighborhood - Chiaia - is phenomenal with interesting architecture and great access to shops and restaurants. A word about Raffaele: he accommodated early check-in, gave recommendations for lunch, delivered morning cappuccino, arranged airport transportation, stored our luggage, and loaded it in the car while we were headed back after walking. First class service

    The hotel was just what I was looking for. In a nice area but with good transport links. The room was lovely with amazing sea views. Each morning Raffaele would bring us coffee and pastries to our room for us to enjoy on our balcony. Spotlessly clean, quiet and spacious. A bit hilly but once you work out how to use the metro and funicular it’s easy to get around and mainly walk down hill if you get off at the right stop. Raffaele uses WhatsApp and answers any questions about your trip and is really helpful. Would highly recommend.

    Excellent all round. Room for 3 friends (girls)Chiaia is gorgeous and v quiet, felt supet safe. A bit further from the centre than expected but walkable in 10/15minutes. Super large room, clean, with air con. Great bathroom. Excellent price balance.The manager Raffaele is exteptionally attentive and kind. Was always available for help and whn i got up at 6am he managed to bring me a nice local bfast (there is no bfast room per se). Great view, lovely terrace.

    We had a clean and very spacious familyroom, with even a bit of seaview from the balcony. The bathroom was huge.Good location, walking distance from metro, although we mostly walked or used taxis. Friendly, welcoming staff.Warmly recommended

    Booked this hotel for 4 nights. Run away after the first night. Should have done it immediately but we had a long trip and were very tired.- Rooms and all hotel area have cigarette smell. Apparently, staff members smoking inside.- We said about it to a manager (older guy) and that we want to move out. He became very rud and start to negotiate and make us pay more than for a 1 night.- He was not only rud, but he was also completely ignoring what I'm saying, didn't look at me and talked only to my husband. As I'm not a person at all!- And one moment he just went back to his office and ignored both of us.And Breakfast was poor. Serving man has dirty long nails. I couldn't it there.
