Nice complex with large clean rooms. Only 10 minute walk to beach and all the restaurants. Nice staff and decent breakfast. Only bad points were no curtain on room door, so light came in at night, but they put one up for us after that so all good. Also an outdoor nightclub called Ritual behind the grounds (within 100 metres), so very loud until 6am, but turned air con on to drown out the noise.

The hotel is a small structure in Baia Sardinia. It is not a luxury location, like the one you see in that part of the island. Anyway it represents an ideal base to visit everyday something new in the neighborhood. So, good prices, nice staff (polite and supportive), average breakfast and convenient to visit different places driving around. Better if you have a car.

Hotel tre botti was a kozy , clean and Nice hotel . We stayed for 2 nights and realy liked it. Our room was realy nice and we kinda got a «mamma mia» (the movie ) feeling . They had a Good breakfast but no restaurant for dinner. But many restaurants nearby.

The staff is nice and try to do good things with nothing. It feel like the hotel haven’t money. The rooms are old and the mattress is not really good. The breakfast is okay. It’s not an horrible place but the can do really better things.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, I visited Baja Sardinia with a friend and the hotel was ideal. The location was brilliant, you are 10 mins walk from most beaches, restaurants and bars and about 20 minutes walk to Phi beach. The staff are very helpful and polite. We shared a room with the best air conditioning I have ever experienced which is great in the sardinian heat. The beds were comfy and the fridge is stocked with beer, soft drinks and water plus snacks. To my surprise the shower was decent too which isn't always the case when you travel on a budget. Fresh towels every day if needed. Outside our room we had a shared patio which was spacious and had sun loungers, tables and chairs. If you are lucky enough to stay up the top that patio has a lovely view (photo attached). There is a good selection for breakfast...meats cheese yogurts cereal etc also across the road from the hotel there is a supermarket which I recommend to buy bottles of water etc from as it is a lot cheaper than paying the the tourist prices down at the main drag, great deli there also.
