  Good for a short stay

  The accommodation consists of small holiday homes, with a small kitchen. There is veranda so you can sit outside if it has cooled down sufficiently. The bed was not as comfortably as I would have hoped. The bathroom was very good on the other hand. We did not get the breakfast included for 12 euro's per person, so I cannot comment on that. We did eat at the BBQ restaurant, which was good, but slightly overpriced. We spent the evenings in San Teodoro, which is a short drive away by car. We have beds with orthopedic mattresses, probably this is the reason why you found them not comfortable enough. It would be a pleasure to see you again at our Residence.

  We travelled here independently booking through our Avios App to get ooo rs and using Agoda site, we stayed for 3 days at the end of our Sardinia trip as only 25 mins from airport, great location on top of one of many rocky hillsides over looking the bay and Isola Di Tavolara, amazing views from our patio, the hotel/apartments all have small kitchenettes private balconies or patios, ours was a studio, with separate bathroom, table and chairs inside and outside, aired for drying clothes, gas hob, fridge, and plenty of cutlery, washing up clothes and liquid provided, towels in bathroom, decent hair dryer and clothes airer outside for drying of all your swimming snorkelling gear and beach towels ! We had bed and breakfast, breakfast served in the bbq restaurant just near to the reception, breakfast brought separately was 12€ each and lots of choice !Two pools on site both adequate but good to cool off, beach area down a long steep at least 1-2 mile track, but you can drive down there from hotel (definitely drive if not good in the heat or trekking back up a hill), as parking down by beach. Great beach area, fantastic taverna and beach bar there, in fact it was a real hidden gem and we spent our last down there all day, beach bar really good prices and loads of room, beach lovely white sand and waters really clear and great snorkelling as well, child friendly as shallow gradual walk into the sea, again amazing views in a bay ! Best air con we had (as this was our third place of stay on the island), Staff really friendly, room a good size and adequate for the two of us, try and get a room with view of bay as you could be disappointed otherwise, as some didn’t have any views and overlooked others patios and courtyard. Easy check in.Cons: we used the onsite bbq restaurant one night for dinner, full of wasps, overpriced and food not that great.Hilly location so not good for people with walking issues, I’d also recommend only stay here if you have a car or transport as otherwise could feel isolated. Rooms nosey you can hear every scraping of a chair or others walking around their apartments.Some bathroom windows open on to someone else’s patio/ terrace so not great for them or you when using bathroom ! Overall we were lucky great view and apartment, lovely staff, facilities good, beach area was lovely and for our last three nights (remembering we had a car) great quiet location near to San Theodore, Boudini, airport and felt private and tranquil !!

  The area is beautiful and clean. We found the reception service very professional. Only minus for apartments - mouldy and dated, screaming for renovation, like from 80'. No hairdryer... but gas canister under the sink - what made me feel unsafe, especially when with kids.My husband liked that old school "design" though... so depends on the person's preferences.

  Amazing place!

  Currently here and leaving on the 1st of October. Came with just my teenage daughter. This place is amazing and I honestly do not understand why they don't have a 5 star rating. It is clean and just beautiful. The local market is lovely and everyone here is very friendly. We have visited the BBQ restaurant and the food and staff are just amazing! I would go every night for dinner if there wasn't so many places to visit to eat. We have visited the BBQ restaurant a few times already and they already know we will be ordering 2 coke zeros hehe. There is 2 pools, a very frequent bus to the beach, although we liked walking so we could take in the scenery more. It feels very safe here and we are already discussing returning in the future and booking all sorts of adventures. There's so much I could say about this place but I would run out of space. Please give this place a chance you won't regret it at all! Thank you to everyone we have met so far and those we are yet to meet. We love it here everything is perfect!

  The place is run downThe bathroom is semi broken, semi clean The room is with a sea view but you can’t open the curtain because everyone passes in front of your bedroom The sewage smell is just under the room Frankly by far too expensive for what you get.
