  Do not stay at this hell hole.Upon arrival at 1.05pm, rudely told the checking was closed at 1pm until 5pm and to come back later.They asked for acleaning fee on arrival €85 and cleaning ermmm I dont think the place has been cleaned or updated since it was built. Also you have to clean up yourself or you lose your deposit.Shower leaked all over the bathroom, no hot water, utensils and kitchen ware non existent.They took a deposit and we still have had it back 4 weeks later. Avoid this and book somewhere else so you can enjoy the beautiful island There is better prisons.

  I paid an additional 310 euros for four days - for the use of water, electricity and gas, cleaning and taxes. Therefore, the use of water, electricity and gas is charged, although they do not have apartments without water, electricity and gas, considering that such an option was not offered during the reservation. I understand cleaning and taxes, but charging for water separately is really from bottom of the food chain. And yes, if you don't clean the kitchen and wash the dishes when you leave, that warn about changing another 50 euros 😂😂😂. That’s hilarious.   I just want to say thankyou to Maria and her lovely husband. They can not do enough for you and deserve recognition for this. Nice relaxing stay in a quaint apartment at a reasonable cost. Transportation is a slight issue so renting a car is a good idea but other than that it's a lovely place to stay. I enjoyed my walks to marinella! Thankyou so much xxGem xx

  Utterly disappointing.We feel scammed

  We arrived just before midnight and were forced to pay a number of charges which were NOT quoted in the T&C’s if we wanted the key. We showed this the following morning to the receptionist, and after lot of to and fro, she agreed to refund for a couple of things but REFUSED to refund us for a €50 cleaning fee. She blamed it on the travel agency for not including it on the T&C’s (!).The studio was extremely humid (see pictures, including the pillow!), the A/C was not working, the room was not clean, the sofa-bed was very uncomfortable, and the fittings were falling apart. In a nutshell, the studio was not liveable. We understand that it is not a 5-star hotel but the condition was very far from the published pictures.We had a 6-night reservation and left after the 1st night as they would not fix it or give us an alternative accommodation. What we found shocking is that they would not refund us for the other 5 nights as they said that “there was no problem to fix”.When receiving complaints, they tend to hide behind the “office in Turin” which seems to manage the property but at the end they try to keep your money based on the small print. In summary, we feel that this is not an ethical way of doing business and we would advise everyone to stay away.
