    Avoid unless you absoluteloy have to!

    The good bits are the bar staff were lovely, our room was tired but clean and the location is fantastic. However, temper this with the fact that the hotel looks like a disused WW2 bunker and is very tired outside with litter strewn around. Food was pretty poor and unless you had some 'club esse' membership you werent allowed a nice table by the window as these were always reserved. We learnt to just move the name tags in the end. Sunbeds arent included in all packages and even when they are we found out we only had one lounger and a deck chair and had to pay an additional 10euro per day if we wanted two loungers. All entertainment is highly geared towards the italians which is fine but just be aware of this. Unless you have to I wouldnt recommend staying here and would find any nearby alternative. Hotel - if you are listening the building desperately needs renovation as do the rooms. Getting staff to do a perimeter sweep for rubbish daily would be a great start. Also, all the communal areas outside of the rooms are very tired and bare and really want addressing.

    Near Stintino and the beautiful if overcrowded Spiaggia della Pelosa (easy walk - but you need to pre-book to get onto the beach!). The landward appearance of the main hotel block is bare concrete brutalist architecture (and doesn't feature in their advertising!), fortunately the interior is more welcoming. The pool is small and closes at 6:30pm. The private beach over the road was not cheap (it wasn't included in our bed and breakfast package). The "hot" items at breakfast (frankfurters, bacon and eggs) were lukewarm on cold plates. The rest of the offerings were plenty and varied. We didn't eat lunch or dinner there - the menu looked like a typical buffet offering. Our room was in a separate block and there was no hot water on the first day - cold shower!     Wet tired and dated hotel

    It was a dreadful experience. The hotel felt extremely dated, and the bedroom was tired, drab, and desperately in need of refurbishment. Although there was a wardrobe in the room, there wasn’t a single coat hanger provided, which reflected the overall lack of care and attention to detail. I wanted to turn around and leave the moment I opened the door. Needless to say, I will never stay at this hotel again.     Very friendly and well-located hotel. The staff were always ready to help. A special thank you to Marco, the catering manager, who always went the extra mile. He kept coming to work early before his shift started to make us beautiful cappuccinos, as we are early birds. Thank you!     Well worth a stay

    Great stay overall, staff are great, food is brilliant, downstairs bar and restaurant area are modern, location is awesome.Can rent an ebike using an app, pool looks nice, can hike to Torre de Capo Falcone.Rooms in main hotel are dated but clean and comfortable and are serviced every day - sea view is incredible. Some water provided but can buy big bottles at bar for €3-4Beach is across the road but this part is rocky - go to La Pelosa (book online) or L'Approdo (has free part, kayaks and nice bar) instead. No other shops or restaurants in area so get half board.
