  In the afternoon much wind on the beach. Cooking with gaz is not fine.Electric fly killer is a recommendation. We understand that it may affect time spent on the beach, although it is something connected to the territory that, unfortunately, we cannot control.The gas cooker is a standard feature of our residence formula, designed to offer guests independence during their stay. We are sorry if it did not meet your expectations; our staff is always available for any assistance.Regarding insects, fortunately our area is not usually subject to large concentrations of mosquitoes or other insects, as can happen in some other parts of Italy. We nevertheless appreciate your suggestion and will take it into consideration.As for distances, Sardinia certainly invites visitors to explore its unique landscapes and special places. Renting a car can make a more dynamic holiday easier, especially considering the strategic location of our resort. At the same time, many guests choose to enjoy a relaxing stay without travelling far; shops and well-equipped services are located nearby in the centre of Valledoria.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with an even more enjoyable stay.Kind regards,

  No fitness equipment or activities available for adults (while it is explicitly being advertised); Activities for kids very repetitive and not meetings the expectations (staff barely speaks any English). Staff spends a lot of time on their phone (don't expect the lifeguard to look after your kids in the pool; they are watching movies or playing with their phones most of the time). Check carefully for what is not included in the kitchen (e.g. no oven, no dishwasher, no towels for the dishes). Don't come too early, check in time is late during the day (17:30), with limited options for lunch. They ask for a ton of feedback/ surveys during your stay.. and they respond a few days after you have left. This makes us think that part of your disappointment may come from this circumstance rather than solely from the overall experience at our resort. That said, we would like to thank you for your feedback, which allows us to clarify certain points and improve our services.Regarding sports activities, we acknowledge the mistake of an outdated information document, where spinning lessons and other activities no longer available still appeared. We sincerely apologise for this. Our current programme offers activities such as aquagym, muscle awakening and swimming courses, which are very well received by many of our guests each season.With regard to the kids’ club and entertainment, we would like to point out that more than 50% of our guests are international. For this reason, 50% of our entertainment team is well prepared in English, and thanks to the international nature of our audience, they have the opportunity to practice it daily. We regret if, in some circumstances, communication did not fully meet your expectations.Concerning the apartment, we believe we provide a transparent and detailed description of the equipment, both on our website and on the main booking channels: functional kitchens with all the essentials for the number of guests expected, but without dishwasher or oven. We understand that your personal habits may have led you to expect something different, but we are confident that the information provided is clear and accurate. Furthermore, whenever possible, we are pleased to provide additional kitchenware or small accessories on request, if available in stock.Once again, we thank you for your feedback and for recognising the beauty of our location surrounded by greenery, as well as the helpfulness of our reception staff.   Great location, friendly staff and lovely food. We went with our 4 children and we loved the proximity to the beautiful clean beach and the pool was also great.   We spent 8 wonderful nights at BahiaVerde in one of the Gold Apartments, and it was an excellent stay for our family of four (children aged 5 and 7). The apartment was well-equipped, with a very functional kitchen and a private terrace—perfect for outdoor meals. There was also a convenient space for drying clothes.The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, and the beach was very good—spacious and complemented by a refreshing marine breeze. Our kids loved the entertainment provided by the kids' club, and we all appreciated the evening shows. Parking was easy and close to the apartment, nestled among the pine trees, which added a peaceful touch to the surroundings.We also appreciated the numerous areas designated for selective garbage disposal, which were kept very clean and regularly emptied—this really added to the sense of care and organization throughout the site.One area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi speed, which was a bit slow during our stay.   The place is very comfortable and conveniently located close to the beach, ideal for a family getaway. But the real highlight of our stay was the amazing team at the Kids Club.
