Location

    The Amazing Club Hotel Baja Sardinia

    I honestly cannot find any fault with this hotel and the staff. We were half board and the choice and quality of food plus the amazing service from the staff was 5*. The location was perfect and just a short stroll to its own secluded beach area with sun beds, great area for a relaxing swim in the clear blue sea. The reception staff and room cleaning staff were amazing too, they couldn’t do enough for you. Our room was spotless every day. Just a 10 minute walk away there is a local bus stop and only €3 return to Porto Cervo, well worth a visit. We went on the boat trip arranged by the hotel for €65 each and there was a jetty right by the hotel, a great trip to see a few of the islands with lunch included. Will definitely stay here again.

    beautiful location and would have been better if the weather was good , sleep poor as rooms were hot as no air con working and sleep poor due to noise no soundproofing so we could hear other guest in rooms from walking to talking to going to the toilet , doors closing and people just walking past our door

    Your first impression of a hotel is made at the front desk. First, both google and Apple Maps dump you off at a piazza and tell you to walk to your destination, which was nowhere in sight. So we called and the person who answered sent us a what’s app link to an escape room. We finally figured out where to park, made it to the front desk and waited. We were not made to feel welcome, but as if we did something wrong. No tour was given or even an explanation where the restaurant was (we were half board). So, we weren’t expecting much. We were led to our room but not given a tour, which is unusual. That’s what makes you feel at home. The view from the room and balcony was to die for. The room itself was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the shower heated up quickly. We had bottled water in our room, but having finished said water on day one, no more was coming. Now, the best part of Club Hotel. The restaurant. The staff there was AMAZING. Shout out to Aldo, so friendly and welcoming and spoke flawless English. Not something we expect, but it was really nice. Alessandro was superb. He picked the perfect wine for our meal every night, was funny and attentive and a real asset to the hotel. On our last morning, he rotated our table so both my husband and I could see the water. Aldo and Alessandro really made our stay at the club hotel a memorable experience. I have to add, when we checked out, the front desk couldn’t have been nicer. Outstanding.
