Location

This hotel is spread over around 50,000 m² of cultivated grounds, north of Porto Cervo. The white sandy beach of Cala Granu is just 400 m away and it is 1 km to the nearest restaurant, 2 km to shops, public transport links and bars and 3 km to the centre of Porto Cervo. It is 30 km to Olbia.

Facility

250 rooms and 6 junior suites are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Rooms

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch, guests can choose between a buffet and a set menu. Dinner is served as à la carte. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We went for just short 4 day break to Colonna Resort to re-charge and it was JUST what we wanted. The place was spotless, the service was very good, our room basic but all we needed and always smelt lovely and again spotless and the food was very good. We chose half-board, plenty of choice at breakfast and the views in the morning at were wonderful and the 4-course evening dinner menu always varied with plenty to choose from. Loved having our own table reserved every night and that dinner started at 8pm so plenty time to make the most of the late afternoon sunshine. The small private beach was clean and sea just lovely and the 7 saltwater pools pristine clean and quiet, so almost to ourselves! We loved having the waiter service by the pool and can recommend the Pina Colada cocktails went down a treat in the heat non-alcoholic also available and a great choice of sun-beds available.If you want to relax and take in the views this is the place for you, 4 days was just perfect, so much so we've re-booked for next year.

    We stayed for a week, it's a well maintained 5-star facility that really earns the grade. Most important for us, the personnel were extremely attentive, well trained and friendly (not snooty like other places we have endured). Breakfast was included and was just outstanding. Dinner maybe a tick less so, but we were exploring the countryside anyhow. Rooms great, pools and beach great, enough space and sun loungers that you never had to worry. Very enjoyable, thanks to the entire staff!

    We had great stay at Colonna Resort. This was our first time visiting Sardinia and we started with 4 nights at Colonna Resort. The rooms were perfect and had more than enough space for the 2 of us. The breakfast each morning was a huge spread and something for anyone and the quality was great. Huge pool area and a nice secluded beach area. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

    Extremely nice hotel that has a very dated look and feel. It is secluded and further away, with a beautiful assortment of private pools and a private beach. The staff is extremely friendly and caring as well. That said, it looks like it has not been renovated at all within the last 20 years and an injection of modernity (everything from paint to USB-C ports in the rooms, to overhauled F&B menu and entertainment) would make it worthy of its pricing and 5-start status.
