    Misleading, most defo not a 4 star hotel

    Unfortunately this hotel is very misadvertised, it most definitely is not a 4 star hotel. I'm extremely annoyed at booking this and being misled by the reviews and star status. Iv stayed all over the world and this could only be a 3 star hotel at the very best. The place is very dated, the breakfast is below average and isn't worth getting up for and is in the most ghastly room underground with a note on the table saying you need to pay for a third hot drink if I want one 😳, the whole place, especially the rooms, smell like your grandma's care home, the rooms don't even have tea and coffee facilities, you don't control the air con / heating you have to phone downstairs to turn it on and off, the room TV is the size of a lap top screen, various parts of the room are broken or damaged, so common this isn't a 4 star hotel is it.The pluses I would say, and I had to sit down and think about this before writing them, is: 1) the location to the town center which again imo isn't worth visiting but that is a whole different subject, 2) the hotel in general is clean, but that is literally your lot, it's very no frills believe you me, and it's not cheap by any means either. Things are so bad for various reasons we intend to stay in a proper hotel at the other end of the island for two nights 😂

    Although the location of this hotel is ideal, please be aware of the following:The pool has not shade or sun umbrellas available. The hotel bar does not open until 2pm (and sometimes later), so there is nowhere to get a drink if lounging by the pool. It was 36+ degrees when we stayed so this made the visit unbearable. We ended up checking g out early and finding another hotel. Despite complaining, the hotel were not interested.I would not recommend a stay at this hotel.

    Lovely place to stay, rooms were great and cleaned everyday. In addition, had a pool which was a big bonus, was able to get some laps in after breakfast, some mornings was the only person in the pool. The pool attendants were great. Overall the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Would for sure would recommend this hotel. In a good area, close to the old town in a quiet area on the town.

    Great location, a few minutes walk and you are right in to the centre of everything. We found the hotel really clean and tidy, staff very friendly and rooms were great. Very nice to have the pool to cool off and I think one of the few, if any, hotels in the centre to have a pool. Would have been good to have coffee making facilities in the room but that's just a minor point. I think the hotel was pretty full but you wouldn't have known it. Would happily stay there again

    A great base to explore Olbia Old Town

    A superb little hotel in a great location. We used this hotel based just off the Old Town of Olbia to explore for a couple of nights. The location is superb and literally a 5 mins walk to the main old town area. The check in was really smooth and our room was ready early which was really appreciated given how hot it was! The room was really nice, specious and had everything that we needed! We also booked this hotel as it was the only one I could find in the old town with a swimming pool, which was really nice and well used by us given the temperatures. The hotel was lovely and quiet and you wouldn’t know that it was fully booked apart from at Breakfast time - we didn’t see another person staying there. Overall, a really good stay and highly recommended hotel 😊.
