  This hotel should have poor 3*, definitely not 4*. I was debating, whether to give this review a 1 or 2 points, but this kind of service for this price is just ridiculous.If you don’t plan to spend your entire holiday drinking yourself into oblivion, don’t choose this hotel.Upon arrival late at night we found out that the room was dirty and was not cleaned at all (a Pringles can, used bed, dirty towels) and completely full of mosquitoes (about 20 of them).The air conditioning was absolutely insane — at night you will be really cold. The only way to turn it off is via the circuit breakers. The hotel even has instructions written above the AC control (in Italian only). The reception won’t tell you anything, you have to figure it out yourself.The towels and bed linen strongly smell of vinegar, no joke. Everything reeks as if it had been rinsed in vinegar for days. You get used to it after a few nights :)The only thing this hotel manages to do good (not great, good) are lunches and dinners. A big selection, most dishes are sometimes pretty tasty, the staff is friendly.However, when you return to your room after a pleasant dinner, you’ll realize that sleep is impossible, at least until midnight. Fired-up Italians, after their multi-hour siesta head out. Already during dinner they launch their daily music program, with loud music echoing throughout the whole hotel, often continuing past midnight. Drunk people roam the hallways shouting at each other. So you won’t fall asleep before 01:00 in the morning. After the second visit from housekeeping (our room was set to NOT disturb) a piece of clothing and a towel were missing from the room. Upon return, I also found lot of clothing (that was originally on the bed) scattered around the room in different places, except the missing stuff. At reception they wrote me down and told me they would investigate and let me know the next day, which of course resolved nothing and after a few tries I was forced to give up. At least they apologized. All inclusive? Apart from buffet breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, there’s a bar. Compared to the regular offer it is VERY limited. Every alcoholic drink, including wine, is watered down 50/50. So if you decide to drink yourself into oblivion to forget all the troubles and hardships of this hotel, I recommend ordering double or even triple drinks. The hotel GYM was a ghetto gym. Smelled very bad, filled with insects, UNSAFE equipment and used towels. There was 1 pair of dumbells and 6 or so more machines, out of which only 2 seemed safe to use. The swimming pool was nice. Enough places to lay down, chill out and relax. Until the Animation program in Italian started, where they started playing super loud music without much engagement of others. You can order a breakfast/lunch pack when going for a trip outside of the hotel. There is no difference between them, all packages are a piece of fruit and a super dry toast with 2 slices of ham. The toast is vacuum sealed so without a knife you can't even open it. I also attached a photo of the apple that I was given. In the bathroom there was mold. On the AC there was mold. The toilet seat unfortunately doesn’t hold in place due to a broken mechanism (I tried fixing it, many times), so each visit to the toilet will be a bit of a balancing competition with your buttocks.Overall, this whole stay was a terrible waste of money and I would not only NOT recommend, but I would go as far as asking everybody to AVOID this hotel. You can have much nicer holidays for this kind of money.

  Staff - unwilling and unable to solve problems, mostly sour facesDinning room and the beach - way roo small for such a complex, hard to find a free spotCleaning - not goodFirst in my life someone opened my suitcase and searched through it!!!Incredible noise - so loud disco every day till 00:15 at least in front of pur room, the walls were rumbling. Not possible to sleep.

  We stayed at Futura Club Baja Bianca in Sardinia in [Month, Year] and were extremely disappointed, especially considering the €4,800 cost and its advertised four-star rating.On arrival, we were told that the all-inclusive package we expected was only available to Eastern European guests – something never mentioned before booking. Our two children (13 and 16) were charged the same adult rate despite not drinking alcohol, and there was no equivalent non-alcoholic provision for them — even basic soft drinks like Coca-Cola were not included.We had specifically requested rooms next to our children. This was only resolved by giving us a room that had not been properly cleaned (empty bottles in the shower, unclean toilet). Despite three requests, the issue was only fixed when I dealt with it myself.Several facilities were below standard: • Air conditioning only worked if doors and curtains were kept closed. • Fridge described by staff as “not good” and suggested we remove it from the cupboard to improve it. • Gym very poor quality. • Dirty towels not replaced.The pool was extremely cold and only addressed after the lifeguard manager intervened. Safety and professionalism were lacking — broken glass left on the dance floor, lifeguards removing guests’ towels to give sunbeds to new arrivals, and entertainment staff asking guests for water after a performance. On multiple occasions, staff were seen smoking in the evenings.The entertainment programme was disappointing, including one evening where staff dressed as farm animals crawled through the restaurant during dinner service. Dietary needs were not well managed — my wheat-intolerant wife was offered only pasta or rice with sauce for the entire stay.Some staff were excellent — especially the restaurant cleaning team, bar staff, and lifeguard manager — but overall, the service, facilities, and management were not of the standard promised. In my opinion, this was closer to a 2–3 star experience. Sadly, we would not return.

  A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff Undermined by One Bad Experience caused by ‘Alessandro’ the Lifeguard.

  We recently spent our holidays at the resort and despite the quality of the structure and the maintenance we were truly impressed by the exceptional service and the kindness of the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for.A special mention goes to the Leisure and Animation team who brought great energy, fun, and smiles to our days — they made a real difference in our stay. The Food & Beverage service led by Luca was also outstanding: delicious meals, attentive staff, and a great variety to satisfy every palate, the Bar in piazza driven by Christopher who made best-in-class cocktails greatly contributed to a wonderful atmosphere.Unfortunately, we must mention that our overall experience was negatively affected by a significant issue at the pool area caused by the lifeguard ‘Alessandro’, a very rude young member who was not only unhelpful with our family but also dismissive without newborn baby and disrespectful with the entire guest’s around the pool area. This isolated incident stood in stark contrast to the otherwise fantastic service we received throughout the resort.However, we believe the resort has great potential and one single person can’t represent a team that genuinely cares about guests, We hope management will address this issue, as it would make the experience truly flawless.Hopefully next time, everything will match the high standards we experienced in every other part of our stay.

  Best hotel I've ever visited

  Baja Bianca is easily the best hotel I had ever been to. Its simpliness makes the experience really magical. There aren't a lot of fancy attractions, but the people there are amazing, especially animators. When it comes to food, I can't say anything bad about it. The pizzas and pastas were incredible. Hoping to have an opportunity to come here again next year.
