    I booked a triple room online after carefully checking the photos — I liked how the room looked and that’s why I chose to pay for it. But when I arrived for check-in, I was shocked to be given a completely different room, much smaller and with no ceiling lights — the only source of light was a tiny nightstand lamp!The night receptionist was by far the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. He had no idea about the hotel, couldn’t give any clear answer to anything, and we had to struggle through communication using Google Translate. He spoke only Italian, not even basic English — how can you work at a hotel and not speak a word of English?That wasn’t even the worst part. I asked for an iron — a basic thing in any hotel — and I had to beg for it for three days. Every time, they said it was in another room or that they couldn’t find it. On the third day, I went down to reception frustrated, only to be told, “Sorry, the iron was stolen.” Seriously?Breakfast was absolutely terrible — a few cold cuts, bread, butter, and an omelet that tasted like it came from a hospital tray. And don’t even get me started on cleanliness: we stayed 5 days, and they changed the sheets only once, on the fourth day. There was dust and dirt everywhere. How can they claim this is a 4-star hotel?I also spoke to the hotel manager in person, and she was incredibly unprofessional — sitting with legs crossed, completely indifferent, speaking rudely and even raising her voice. Not a trace of professionalism or respect. Honestly, this hotel is a reflection of terrible management, and that’s likely why everything else is falling apart. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place is a tourist trap and will ruin your trip. It’s an absolutely pathetic hotel that should be avoided at all costs.

    WONDERFUL STAY AT GREEN PARK HOTEL !

    I cannot express how much we appreciated our stay at Green Park Hotel ! The entire staff, director, barman, secretary, spread a lot of kindness towards us while we were there. The entire time, we felt like we had a long friendship with all of them ! The hotel itself is spectacular, and the location, Cala di Volpe, is one of top and exclusive places in Costa Smeralda. I cannot recommend this place enough- The physical place is so wonderful-the pictures don't do it justice, but..............this can be a remarkable vacation. We will definitely be coming back !Show less

    Stayed one one night, good and not so good. Staff friendly, it's clean (occasionally overpowering smell of disinfectant) but that's about it. Basic, bed rock hard, breakfast woefully average, no evening food and expensive for what it is. I'm not sure what people expect of a hotel to leave an 'outstanding' review but this is surely not it.Could do much better.
