    Best breakfast ! The potatoes were perfection and the I had one of the best over easy eggs . I know it sound simple but if they do the simple perfect you know you are in the right place . Also the service outstanding the waitress was exceptional and very friendly Hands down all the stars I can give !

    Upon arrival we were told we need to pay €50 per day deposit. We paid €150 in total. Unless you have a car or are able to rent a car, I would not stay at this hotel. Although the beach isn't far away, there isn't a pedestrian path for you to get from the hotel to the beach, its a dangerous walk and I wouldn't advise it. A 5 minute cab ride to the beach costs €21.50 one way. Ludicrous prices. In addition, there are not many shops and restaurants nearby so please do your research before you travel to this establishment. We found staff members to be extremely unprofessional and rude, they laughed multiple times at myself and my sister when we said we were from the UK and treated us poorly. We were asked by Francesco 'can you handle the sun here'. What a mockery. We were charged €63 for 2 drinks, mixers and 2 shots. Although the previous server Francesco only charged us around €20 for the same exact order. When we challenged this, the lady who was serving at the time gave us a lot of attitude and wouldn't give us a clear reason as to why the amount tripled. She also put up at tray to her face when we tried grabbing her attention the next day and whispered something to the person she was on the phone to.Food is very underwhelming and is served warm not hot as you would expect it to be. The pasta dishes in particular were a huge disappointment. The lasagna in particular, lacked depth in flavour and texture. It was mushy and distasteful. A meat dish that we were served was inconsistent in its cooking, some parts were still raw and others overcooked. Breakfast we ok. Nothing special. There was no still water, so our only option was sparkling water, another disappointment as we do not drink sparkling water. Cocktails were watered down and lacked in appearance.Rooms and restaurants interior are very outdated. Pillows in particular are extremely uncomfortable. All 3 nights of our stay we did not sleep well. Walls are very thin and we could clearly hear the people staying next to us whenever they'd use the toilet.The only pleasant thing I have to say about this place is ONE of the members of staff Christian, he was so attentive and friendly, he went above and beyond with his service. Thank you Christian. If it wasn't for him, there would be absolutely nothing nice I could say about our stay here.

    I stayed at this hotel for a week, and it was a complete disaster. The food is a joke — the same dry, tasteless omelette every single morning, with absolutely no variety. On top of that, they had a power outage on the first day, and the next morning they couldn’t even serve an omelette, blaming the blackout. Excuses, nothing else.The elevators are almost always broken, so get ready to drag your luggage up and down the stairs. At the pool, they won’t let you open your own umbrella for shade - even when there’s no wind at all. It’s beyond ridiculous.The staff is untrained, careless, and absolutely clueless when it comes to handling any kind of problem. You’re on your own if anything goes wrong. The rooms are a nightmare — paper-thin doors, constant noise from outside, zero soundproofing. You’ll hear every conversation, every car, every sound like you’re sleeping on the street.This place is a waste of money and nerves. They are clearly not ready to host guests but are happy to take your money anyway.

    Worst hotel and policy ever staid!

    Firstly, the hotel’s policy prohibiting the use of umbrellas at the pool, citing windy conditions, was highly inconvenient and poorly justified. Additionally, the placement of windows in the guest rooms is suboptimal, allowing excessive wind noise to disrupt sleep and comfort. The staff at the reception desk displayed unprofessional and discourteous behavior, which further diminished the quality of service. Furthermore, the elevator has been inoperative for ten days, causing significant inconvenience to guests

    The hotel was clean and tidy, the team were helpful in finding out about local area and printed out local bus time tables for us and gave us good advice on how best to get around. The pool area and garden was excellent. The restaurant food was a very high standard. And service was friendly and welcoming. If you’re a coffee fan the coffee machine was not the best but if you ask the team they would make you one from the proper machine. There were a few rules about bringing food in to the rooms.
