    We had a mixed stay at this hotel which is very pleasant on the outside and has some friendly staff.The room was ok but the bed sheets and pillows were not the best.Drink prices tended to be high but the wine was reasonably priced in the restaurant.We had the buffet one night which was ok . Good roast veal and potatoes but the ricotta bake was a bit overcooked.The tiramisu was nice.Breakfast was mixed.No kettle or toiletries in the room either.

    I had a good size room which was nicely decorated. Free safe but no tea or coffee making. Bathroom had a bath as well as a walk-in shower. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Short walk to the beach.

    I do not recommend this hotel. Starting with the reception staff who are totally unsatisfactory and unfriendly to the hotel rooms that smell of mold and old that you can't breathe. The same food every day for 7 days we couldn't eat it anymore. Although we had breakfast included we chose to eat elsewhere. At dinner in the evening you couldn't sit at the table because of the wasps that were constantly on your table and food. Everything old and the smell was ugly. When you say Sardinia you have higher expectations but here I wouldn't even give two stars to this hotel. The receptionist Rosa is a disgusting woman. :)) The worst experience at this hotel.

    I was sharing with a friend. In order to use the shower we had to climb in and out of a jacuzzi, which was higher than my bath at home, so with difficulty. I don't know how anyone could think that this was appropriate for 2 women in thir 70s! We asked for a room change, via our tour manager, who spoke for us, but the hotel was full. During our stay we saw new guests arriving, so rooms must have been vacated.The jacuzzi was very slippery. Our first two requests for a rubber bath mat were ignored. The third time we asked we were told to put a towel down inside the jacuzzi.There was no mirror in the bedroom so, if one of us was in the bathroom, there was not much that the other could do towards getting ready.The light in the passageway leading to our room did not work at night when it was very dark, but we could switch it on during the day. We did not report this, being too concerned about safety in the bathroom. Not enough was done to help us,The public rooms and pool area were pleasant. Breakfast average. Breakfast staff friendly.

    Firstly, on a positive, the grounds, pool area stunning, clean and tidy very peaceful no rush for a sun lounger always plenty available, beach only a few minutes walk away again plenty of sun loungers allocated for the hotel. Be aware they do try and charge 5 euros for pool towels and not impressed if you try and change them within three days!Food: What was not so good was the evening meal, repetitive menu, some of the food reused from lunch. The food is barely warm and often bland and dry, the chips/potatoes were rock hard clearly lunch leftovers,no atmosphere,no vibrant Sardinian flare. Desserts only ever two choices , one day just basic biscuit type cakes dry and uninspiring, which are repeated every couple of days, no cream or ice cream available to pour on . The food is not value for money. However, breakfast slightly better. All feels a bit ‘penny pinching’.Reception: Male staff very friendly and helpful, the female staff barely acknowledge you, appeared agitated when asking them for information , not very accommodating, they couldn’t help with bus or train timetables? Eventually male member of staff sorted it. Who I assume was the female manager sat in the office behind clearly found it difficult to smile.Room: Very clean tidy, no tea/coffee or complimentary water in room. Balcony spacious but when sat down all you look at is a solid wall and you can’t see over to the view unless standing up bit of a design fault, some rooms did have metal frames but not many of those available.Bar area: Not really! It’s within the reception area so no real atmosphere, however the outside seating area by the fountain is nice to sit and have a drink. I would say overall the hotel is a 3star plus, not 4star, the grounds add the star rating.
