Location

Adjacent to a long ribbon of silvery beach caressed by crystal-clear waters, the charming hotel crowns a strip of land stretching into the water, with the marina and its yachts on one side and the iridescent blue horizon on the other. The centre of Porto Rotondo with its piazzette and boutiques may be reached in a few minutes by walking along the tourist harbour. Olbia and San Pantaleo are approximately 15 km from the beach hotel, Arzachena is around 25 km and the La Maddalena islands are roughly 40 km. Costa Smeralda airport is 18 km away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 47 non-smoking rooms, including 41 double rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Overpriced, poor customer service with a great view

    I am honestly fine with this place but I’m really shocked because they have all of these hidden fees. I had them wash my clothes and there was no posting of how much it would cost and I ended up with a $200 bill to wash some underwear, my pajamas, and a couple T-shirts. It’s absolutely disgusting. There is nothing posted (per their claim) and when I spoke to the manager, they just blatantly refused to give me a partial reimbursement —even though there’s nothing in their documents indicating that there’s a fee!! I mean the food is extremely overpriced and relatively average or poor, but the rooms are fine but outdated. There’s a great view and centrally located Just very poor customer service and beware of the hidden fees. I ordered a vegetable soup and a side of mushrooms and it cost me almost €100.

    We had a wonderful time during our 6 day stay here. While the best thing was two upgraded rooms because of a faulty aircon (that we hadn’t noticed), we had wonderful and caring service from David, Carla, Stefan, Massimo, Alessandro, Nicola and all their staff. Everyone cared, was wonderfully polite and professional. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent and each fitting and article in the hotel was absolutely top quality. The beach was just busy enough and we met some really nice Europeans which made me hate Brexit all the more. I would go there again, for sure.

    Lovely, charming place and location. Very nice views, central and directly at harbour. One of the very first hotels in Sardegna.Hotel needs a massive renovation. You can even smell it.Very good restaurant. Service not professional but mostly lovely people who are trying to do their best.

    The hotel is very well kept- big room, great service. Amazing view and private beaches. The location is strategic you are walk distance from major spot. Just down few steps and you are at the Marina. Restaurant is very good quality and service is top - we like to thank Antonio the amazing hospitality and experience we have during dinner time - lunch was served at terrazzo above the marina. Next time in Porto Rotondo Hotel sporting is our choice, hope to have Antonio to greeting at entrance!!
