Location

This is a peaceful little village complex in the Gallura region, with a spectacular panorama of the Gulf of Asinara, making it an ideal refuge for those seeking peace and tranquillity. The hotel is located 3 km from Li Mindi Beach. The property is also approximately 150 m from the centre of the village of Badesi and within 200 to 400 m of the bank, a pharmacy and a news stand, as well as various bars and shops. The long white sandy beaches (approximately 2.5 km away at most) are reachable by various access points leading onto the beaches of Pirottu, Poltu di lu Calboni, Li Junchi and Li Mindi.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment complex provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a TV room, a playroom, a laundry service and a smoking area. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge). Services include a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a microwave. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge). Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked.     Everything worked fine and the appartment was okey. The location was a litte far away but easy to get around i f you has a rented car.

    We were 3 families with small children, so place was quite good to keep an eye on them and gave us a possibility to enjoy meal, while they were running around. However accomodation itself had some flaws, we had 1 bedroom apartmen on 1st floor. It looked fine, as we did expect from photos. What did not work for us, was that we could not have shower all 3 of us at once. Usually only 2 people manage to wash, boiler has been always ON. Another really bad thing was constant smell from bathroom (from toilet pipes!). Lastly, normaly they offer possibility of breakfast, but for some reason they decided to cut season short and we could not have breakfat at all. We came in September.Overall, location was also really good and there are lots of nice beaches around. Li Junchi was with free parking at that time.

    -Poor harmony between the reservation and the local offices, the payment of the remaining 50% of the reservation had to be done in cash, it could not be by card.-They didn't know that the three apartments reserved by me were a group.-In the American kitchen there is no room for anything, all the space occupied by a sink, stove and microwave.-At night it seemed like you were entering a cave because of the low light from the fluorescent bulbs, very old!!-There was no simple toaster, you had to toast the bread in the microwave.     Strange setup Badus residence

    We read the reviews & they were good!So we arrived 14.15 at Badus residence hotel to no reception staff, there was a notice of times & they were not re-opened till 17.00. We called the number & said we had arrived only to be told we had to wait till then. As you can imagine it wasn’t a great start as we had to leave London 4am & get transfer which was over 1.5 hrs & there was 6 of us 60 years & over. When staff came we checked in & had to pay €40 each tax (which we knew) €21 each cleaning (not expected) & €150 damages deposit returnable. (not expected)Once settled, we tried to find out a bit more of things to do/go & all I can say is if you want pool & room this hotel is fine (supermarket close by) if you want restaurants & sightseeing then don’t bother as there’s 1 restaurant in hotel & a couple up the very steep hill. Taxis are rare & you have to preorder them & it cost around €400 (between 6) to go sightseeing. Closest Beach was a bus ride away & that’s €1.50 each way but beware of times as they don’t all go back to hotel. So moral of review is look what you’re booking & check EVERYTHING. Regarding the extra costs everything is specified on our official websites, and we always share with the tour operator these informations.     Nice stay in a beautiful surrounding

    Very nice and friendly welcome in the night. Clean rooms and Pool , good restaurant and Bar..Good region to explore the north of Sardegna .We did some interesting hikes around Costa Paradiso and Isola Rossa , visited Castelsardo , Aggius and Santa Teresa di Gallura.
