Location

Ideally located in the heart of the city, the hotel is just 400 m from the main street and 1500 m from the port of Olbia. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shops nearby and the train station is a 5-minute walk away. Costa Smeralda Airport is 3 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 125 non-smoking rooms, including 3 suites and 115 double rooms, located in two 6-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request.     I stayed at the hotel this past weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.Firstly, upon arrival, I was asked to pay €300 for my stay, even though the reservation had already been paid in advance. The staff were unable to locate the payment, which created an unnecessary and stressful situation at check-in.Secondly, we had paid for parking, but the access card for the garage did not work at any point during our stay. Despite repeatedly informing the staff, no one made any real effort to resolve the issue. Every time we returned to the hotel, we had to stop the car, and someone had to get out to go inside, take the lift down to the garage, and open the door from the inside. If the driver was alone, this became even more inconvenient. The lack of assistance in this matter was very frustrating.Thirdly, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the spa facilities, particularly the indoor heated pool. As it is not yet summer and the outdoor pool is not heated, we specifically expected to use the indoor facilities. However, every time we tried to access the pool, it was closed — either because it was Sunday, or Monday with limited opening hours starting only in the afternoon, after most guests check out. As a result, we were unable to use the main facility that influenced our booking.Additionally, the housekeeping service was extremely poor. Normally, when you request room cleaning, you expect the room to be properly tidied and cleaned. However, in this case, the bed was not made at all, and the room was not properly cleaned. There was hair left on the shower floor and around the sink, and overall the room remained dirty and disorganised. The staff only replaced towels and toilet paper, without carrying out any actual cleaning.Lastly, the breakfast was very basic, with little to no variety. The same items were served every day, including identical cakes, and overall the selection was quite limited. Additionally, the staff generally appeared unhelpful and somewhat unfriendly, which made the overall experience even less pleasant.Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, especially considering what was advertised and paid for.

    Location awful in the downtown be carful late at night take a taxi ,hotel needs a revamp paint off the walls it’s needs a face lift pictures taken 2010 staff awful except catering staff who where great rooms tatty sauna. Is rubbish front of house staff need re skilling no empathy for customers ,don’t go there Look for a better hotel 1 star at the best

    We stayed for two nights and honestly had a lovely time. The hotel is a bit run down in places, but everything was clean and neat. Our suite was huge and super comfy, and the pool itself was amazing (just the seating area could use a refresh). The staff ( especially housekeeping) were so friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect — just a short walk into the center. Would happily stay again!👍

    The meals are excellent and the service is second to none. Cannot thank the staff enough who packed a breakfast for the 2 of us as we had to leave for the airport early before breakfast time. Facilities are also great and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!
