    I was ROBBED at Cristal Blu! I stayed at Cristal Blu for 3 weeks, the bedroom was nice, it was well equipped, but the Wi-Fi was just horrible!! I couldn’t use it on the bed, and end up buying extra 5G myself. What’s worse, unfortunately when I left I forgot 3 pieces of clothing. At the time I realized this, and went back to the hotel, my clothes were ‘missing’ and just one ‘appeared’ on the room - said the cleaning lady -, when I know they were all together. I’m 100% sure I was robbed, which made my stay very unpleasant at the end. Not professional at all!!     It's just okay, room dated, Loveholidays didn't advise of the €60 professional cleaning fee which must be paid, €20 city tax, €200 deposit, no towels in room, pay €10 for rent of a towel to have a shower, room not cleaned and you must bring your own rubbish down three flights of stairs and segregate it into 5 different bin types in a smelly shed, pluses being its central and quiet, reception closed from 1 to 5 pm so you can't even drop your bags, I was forced to carry them around for 3 hours in the sweltering heat, I wouldn't stay again but the receptionship girls were lovely and did a good job, for the younger travellers be aware you need an extra €300 just to cover the fees and refundable €200 deposit.     Do not stay in Cristal Blu!

    Very basic apartment with poor service and loads of hidden charges on arrival.We have just returned from 11 days family holiday in Cristal Blu. The only positive thing was the central location of the apartment and big choice of bars and restaurants nearby. The pool area was nice, quiet and well maintained.Our check in experience was not the best. We arrived before the reception check in time of 17:00, there were no staff so we called the emergency number to ask if was possible to at least be let in through the main door but we were abruptly told 'No, reception opens at 17:00' so were left there with all our luggage, pram, our toddler and older kids on the street. We had to disturb one of the residents relaxing by the pool to ask if they could open the main door for us so we could at least not be left stranded in the street. When we checked in, we were welcomed with a number of additional charges, which were not mentioned on lastminute.com when booking the accommodation. We had to pay an additional 356EUR for electricity, water, final cleaning, residence tax and cot bed - these extra charges seriously inflated the cost of our accommodation and was totally unexpected. We then had to pay a further 200EUR as a 'damage deposit' which would be refunded if no damage was found. We then had to pay 10EUR per 1 set of towels - we needed 3 sets. I have not came across this type of charges anywhere else, except the residence/city tax. It has put a really horrible spin on our stay and it felt like a rip off. The kitchen is very basically equipped... it has couple of pans, some cutlery and dishes, but no microwave or toaster and if you are using kettle there is no plug in the kitchen for it, we had to plug it into a wall socket in the living room section easily within reach of our toddler. Watching tv at the same time as using the kettle caused the electricity to go off in the whole apartment, this is a known issue because we were told during check in how to reset it... thanks for the info, but not helpful when trying to make breakfast early in the morning. There is a shared washing machine, but it can be difficult to get a turn - we had to use the laundry place at the bottom of the street a number of times.Stay away from Cristal Blu! The check-in, as stated on the reservation, is from 17:00, if the guest wishes to have a check-in he has to contact the reception in advance and ask the possibility to check-in before; however check-in times are based on morning check-outs: after a guest leaves the accommodation, our housekeeping service must clean and sanitise it for future guests. Although there are many arrivals and departures every day, we always do our best to accommodate new guests outside normal check-in hours, but this depends on availability. Additionaly if you arrive between 13:00 and 17:00 the reception is closed, so is not possible to get the apartment. We think there has been a misunderstandig with the tour operator you reserved with, we always share with the tour operators all the conditions and the description of what is included and what is not, as you can see on our official websites everything is stated very clearly.The apartments and its facilities are designed to be functional. We are sorry that it does not reflect your personal taste, but we will take your suggestions into consideration in our projects of renovation.We hope to have you again as a cumstore in one of Sea Travel properties.     Hidden awful fees

    This apartment itself is reasonably clean but not professionally cleaned as host says.and the location is good.We stayed in apartment 2(Bilo)The device provided by the host wasn’t great. I have asked questions before traveling there were not helpful at all.I had to contact them for our late arrival.They charging for everything.3 towels for €10..final cleaning €70 she called it a professional cleaning I have not seen any professional cleaners at all only cleaners with bucket mop and hoover. I had to wipe down top of wardrobe to put suitcase it was thick dust.We checked in late used the kettle and the power in the apartment went down until the next morning 10am .Nobody mentioned that every time use the kettle power goes down.pool area was really nice.kitchen had no toaster or a microwave as it states fully equipped kitchen.For me it wasn’t.Washing nas home is shared and is no iron or ironing board in the apartment.oh forget to mention the tourist tax which was €55.For a family of 4 on the top of our stay we had to pay €248 which Loveholidays did not mention when booking.The area and town was good..supermarkets and shops beaches are nearby.     Santa Teresa holiday - crystal blue

    We arrived to find we had been given room 12, which has a small but lovely balcony over the crystal blue 😉 swimming pool. Our room was a good size and the bed comfortable, the shower was very powerful. Very enjoyable stay - May is a quite time of the season.Very close to the bus station and taxi service with 10 min walk to the Euro spin super market.
