Location

This resort is located just 500 m from the centre of Palau.

Facility

This complex has a lift and a reception desk. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a playroom, a transfer service, a laundry service, a business centre and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park (no extra charge). A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested.     Clean and spacious apartment, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water. However, a socket is needed in the kitchen area and a small shelf for soap and bottles in the shower.     Positive factors: the location, staff are nice, pool is great and the premium apartment isn’t too bad. Negative factors: walls are so thing the noise is terrible, not enough kitchen supplies, garbage should have a note of how to do it properly, we have to clean after ourselves, there is no cleaning service until we leave ( eventhough we pay for it) , pillows are terrible it feels like we are sleeping on rocks) , we don’t get extra toilet paper or garbage bags. The operator didn’t tell us about the including price of the fees until after the fact.     You need a car to get your groceries. There’s nothing on the park.Staff was friendly although;You will be asked to pay all kinds of extras at arrival including money for cleaning. If you desire a clean set sheets or towels, you have to pay. If you would like to have your room cleaned, you have to pay. But you have to clean the dishes yourself and takeout the garbage otherwise they will keep your deposit. This will be checked before you leave. Our two room apartment was not located at the pool which was a blessing. The apartments are quite noisy. Some of the smaller apartments are tugged away. It’s great to be in walking distance from the ferry to Madelena and restaurants. There’s a beach close by, which looks out over the harbor. We will not be going back here.     Nice place. But get a room on first floor. We didn’t and the room was dark, and never sun on the teresse.     Mixed opinion due to extra fees

    Cons:We were put off by the fact that they gave us so many instructions on the recycling so they can charge us 70 euros for cleaning services and in 5 days no one ever came into the room to clean anything.
