Location

Centrally located in Santa Teresa di Gallura, this complex is about 800 m from the sandy beach.

Facility

This complex has a lift and a reception desk. The hotel provides a baggage storage service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a conference room and a coin-operated laundry.     We had a nice apartment with a terrace and a little garden in front. It was clean and we had everything we needed.Friendly and helpful staff.Chair shuffling on the upper floors was a bit loud sometimes, but it depends on the behaviour of other guests.Shops and restaurants nearby, some already closed because of low season.But we felt ver comfortable, thank you very much!     Stayed for one week beginning of September. We had a ground floor apartment with a small garden which was lovely. 2 bathrooms which was a real bonus. Had kettle and microwave , toaster in addition to usual kitchen items/utensils. 5 minutes walk to nearest supermarket and about 15 to either the town centre or port.     The perfekt spot!At the center of Santa Teresa we had a great time here.Its all just a walk away. Awesome pool, cool appartment with a kitchen to cook, and two balconies.Really helpfull staff.Supermarket within short distance.Thank you Mirti!We will return.     NOT WORTH THE MONEY + THEY STOLE €200 FROM US!!!

    We paid a "deposit" of 200€, which they will not refund us now. First they wanted to, but there was a mistake on their part and now they won't give us our money.They hang up when you call and don't answer emails. FRAUD!!When we arrive we also had to pay a lot of extra expenses such as 7€ every day per person for electricity?! We had to pay for bed linen and cleaning, even though you had to clean the kitchen yourself and go out with rubbish....We booked our holiday from home and paid for everything, so we thought. It cost over €300 more when we checked in….. Our reservation office is located in Sassari, and our opening hours are Monday to Saturday during the summer from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Monday to Friday in winter from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.We apologize if you did not receive a response to your calls, but we suspect that you may not have dialed the correct number. We are always available to assist our guests with any issues or clarifications.Regarding the extra costs, we want to assure you that all mandatory fees are clearly indicated on all websites where our property is listed.     Very nice stay ! One thing to improve: when you arrive before 5 pm -must wait for check-in...We stayed at east side balcony apartment-it was good , because of no sun there afternoon...The town is quite cool-i was some fiestas there in September.The beach and the sea is very clean , and secured by baywatch.
