The hotel is located in Murta Maria. It is just 8 km from Olbia airport and the city centre where public transport connections can be found. The beautiful beach of Marina Maria is just 10 minutes by foot and the enchanting beach of Porto Istana is also nearby.

Facility

57 rooms, including 55 double rooms, are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Nice hotel, rooms a little tired in places. Lovely gardens well looked after. Most staff excellent. Rita and Isabella on reception and Daniela in the bar (male). Shuttle bus to the beach and back 4 times daily. Busses minimal would advise renting a car. We didn’t want to drive.

    Me and my husband stayed for a four day break from the 12th October the hotel was amazing everything we needed they were happy to help the reception staff were delightful and were always happy to help as it was our first visit they offer a free shuttle bus to a nearby beach it’s a 30 minute walk if you prefer and you can be picked up tooThe staff in the cafe and restaurant for breakfast were always smiling and couldn’t do enough for you The housekeeping staff kept the place spotless the view from our room was amazing over looking the pool and mountains room 106The room was spacious and spotless we don’t have one single negative thing to say about the sa pedra They have a small pastry shop that leads out to a delightful seating area on the front and the bus stop is a few meters down by the hotel that takes you into Olbia for 1.50 euro each it only comes every 2 hours though the number 5 is the one you needVisit the street corsa Umberto 1 it is the Main Street with lots of charm cafes restaurants and shops worth the visitTaxis are expensive it was 40 euros from the airport but on a weekday you can take the number 2 bus from the airport and then the number 5 straight to the hotel and you can use the same bus ticket within 90 minutes so a much cheaper option Thank Hotel Sa Pedra sardinia was everything I hoped it would be see you again soon

    We booked this hotel very late in the evening for same evening arrival, due to another establishment on booking.com not allowing us to check-in after midnight following a flight delay. The hotel was very helpful when we contacted them as we were boarding our plane. They organised a taxi to meet us at the airport to reduce a stressful situation, The room was very large and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Reception staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

    Great stay, in room 104, 4th-10th September 2025Hotel staff all lovely, gardens and pool area all kept beautifully, wifi kept dropping out in the room, fine around the pool,overall a lovely stay, would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

    A clean, well appointed hotel. Staff were excellent: Helpful, polite and friendly, Rooms were bright, clean and well appointed. Plenty of sun loungers by the swimming pool. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. PI highly recommend this hotel.
