    Booked through Love Holidays and though the photos made it look like a fantastic hotel with beautiful rooms it was misleading. Upon arrival we were greeted and given our room wristband with room key on. It was NOT mentioned that to use the shop you have to put money onto the wristband, nor was it mentioned that you could use the other pool and other facilities at the adjoining hotel but food and drink there will be at an additional cost. The room was old and tired, bathroom was OK but the shower was an accident waiting to happen as there was a big step into the shower and it was a deeper step coming out. Mosquitoes were a huge issue and because of that you couldn't enjoy the balcony so that door stayed closed however, mosquitoes, Hummingbird Moths and other creatures I couldn't name were still getting into the room which meant you couldn't sleep well at night. The Bazaar, was poorly stocked, no basic provisions, milk would have been nice so you could enjoy a cup of tea in your room, no snacks or biscuits either. The land train was no longer running as it was out of season but while the hotel is open it would have been nice to have that option. Location of the hotel was very remote, again relying on the shop or a 30 minute walk into town Entertainment was all in Italian and outside so you couldn't enjoy that for fear of being bitten to death by natures vampires. Food in the restaurant was limited and very repetitive. Though having the same table all through the duration of your stay was a good touch.     2 week relaxing stay, staff really helpful can’t do enough for you.Food is really nice & fresh and lots of options and cooked fresh in front of you. My only comment would be the salad bar needs some different options as very much the same every day & night.You get allocated your own table in the restaurant which is a nice touch.The hotel is quite remote & not a great deal to do in town although good supermarket around 20min walk away & Orion pizza restaurant amazing food if you fancy something different.Pool is lovely & no scramble for sun-beds which is so nice.Nice little gym which isn’t in a basement although would be better if it opened before 8am.Beach 5min walk away although beds quite crowded & beach not easy to walk on Yes there are mosquitoes but not the end of the world, just take some repellent.There is a pianist on every night which gets a bit boring & would have been nice to have something different every few days.Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay which is what we were looking for & would love to visit Sardinia again but maybe somewhere with a little more close by.     This hotel is in a beautiful location albeit in quite a remote setting.The food was amazing in this hotel and there was always something I found to eat, and it was cooked to a high standard that I have never had in an all inclusive before. You are given a table for your whole stay which is lovely.The wristbands they give you to use for entering your rooms are great and if you go out for the day you don’t need to worry about a room keyAll the staff were polite and helpful, I don’t recognise at all what some comments say about treating non Italians differently I didn’t witness or experience it at all.Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and the beach, and no fight to get to them.The only downside as others have mentioned is the mosquitoes, which appear to have enjoyed their all inclusive as much as I have enjoyed mine. It would be helpful as the hotel knows this is an issue to have the shop sell repellent and something to sooth the itches from the bites.As mentioned the hotel is remote so if you do want to do some activities it is best to prebook them in advance.     Mosquitoes

    Even though I have left one review, I feel I must share my experience of mosquitoes in this beautiful hotel. Before we travelled to Sardinia I read the reviews on mosquitoes and was very anxious. We would recommend a table inside the hotel for meals. Regarding mosquitoes, I took with me 'non perfume shampoo and soap (Simple) and non perfume deodorant (Mum 0%). We wore long light cotton trousers and teeshirts at night and sprayed repellant on bare skin. We did not sit by any greenery, and I can honestly say we did not have one mosquito bite. Hope this helps anyone who is thinking of visiting this beautiful hotel.     To start with the good points:Staff were helpful and friendly Cleanliness was excellent Food was fresh, varied and top qualityAll inclusive drinks were good and no one seemed to go overboardNo mad dashes for sun beds round poolLiked the digital wristbandsHowever....and it is a big however....There is no inside bar/lounge so you have to sit outside in the evenings which results in getting bitten alive. The evening entertainment was awful and at full volume. We had to move rooms (which was handled well) because we couldn't even hear the TV in our room as it was close to entertainment.The beach was packed together and not quite the Seychelles of the med we expectedDefinitely need handles to get into the pool....lots of people struggledLocation was bit disappointing.
