    Our stay was perfect. The classic room is simple, reasonable size, very comfortable, with mini-bar and a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. The room and bathroom are spotless, and daily room cleaning is impeccable.Breakfast at Nuska Restaurant is delicious and offers a good variety of options.The whole team of the hotel and Nuska restaurant are kind, very professional and helpful.We enjoyed our stay very much!

    Not straight forward this one the hotel is clean and tidy but we would say pricey for what it was but we think sardinia prices are like this the only problem we had was the safe didn't work I went to tell them and they said someone would probably look at it the next day which they didn't we never asked about it I got the feeling the conversation would not have gone well and I didn't want that while on holiday saying that I found everything else very relaxing probably the most relaxing I have had for a long long time. The hotel is in two parts separated by a quite road one part is right on the beach the other has the swimming pool and the reception area everything was clean and tidy we had a room only so can't comment on the food we did go and sit in the beach area side but you can't use the sun beds in the garden area they are for the Seaview rooms only we belive and are reserved the ones on the beach are pricey but we knew this before we went so we copied the locals found a place outside the sunbed area and made camp or just walked in the water lovely the area is quite but feels local there are 3 beaches nearby and are separated by rocky outcrops really nice to walk from one to another there are restaurants and cafes near by but not all together each beach had a place to eat and drink the one closest was open in the night and had really friendly staff and a local laid back atmosphere most people around us weren't speaking English which was nice. The bus stop was not far away and we used it to go to olbia which took about 15mins it was easy to use but the times were a bit hit and miss there is also a small supermarket abut 500m away past the bus stop on the main road which we used most days again very local I belive it was shut between 12 and 5.Overall we would like to visit sardinia again but would Tey a different hotel

    Amazing place with wonderful beach in front of the hotel! Super friendly staff and service. The staff gave us many suggestions on activities, restaurants and things to do around Olbia. We would love to come back as it felt like home

    Upset holiday experience – Pelican Beach & Spa ResortThis stay was upsetting . Our sleep was ruined for three nights because the air conditioning leaked, was unbearably noisy, and there was other electronic equipment making constant noise all night. We were woken early by a maintenance call, and the alternative room offered was a downgrade. On our last night we were offered an upgrade but we was checking out early so no point. The fitness “centre” is a joke—outdoors, in scorching heat, with almost no equipment, nothing like the photos. They should not advertise a “fitness centre”. There are 3 dumbbells under 5 kg. Fitness is a big part of our lives and we would not of stayed here if we knew the terrible state of this. One working running machine that is on its last legs and filthy. The beach is tiny, crowded, and nothing like the advertised “private beach.” sunbeds cost €40/day, and we were hassled by sellers. There were only seven loungers around the pool, No free water was provided in the room. We complained five times and we feel we was under compensated for our upset.-The resort is misleading, uncomfortable, and stressful. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.On a positive the hotel rooms was cleaned very well, The waiting staff were lovely , The manager was lovely and helpful and understanding, I feel he has a difficult job as it’s not his fault the state of the hotel. The restaurant was wonderful , the view from restaurant and cocktails great .
