    The worst experience.

    rating20 Jul 2024

Not a family friendly at all. The babies aren’t allowed to make any sound and ”be babies.” The rules are ridiculous, like 2-years old aren’t allowed to walk around the breakfast room even if they do not interrupt anyone. This is not close at all to be 4-star hotel, more closer to 2 stars. The worst value for money I’ve ever had with a hotel.

    Awful old hotel

    rating09 May 2024

Awful hotel . The reception area is nice but the rooms and corridors are very old/dated and VERY POOR QUALITY. It’s one of the worst hotel we have ever stayed at . The beds are rock hard(although we like a hard bed, this was like a piece of wood) . The bed sheets are just a sheet underneath and a sheet over you . No duvet or covers . The bathroom is something from the 1950s . The walls need to be painted asap , and carpets changed . I’m actually Surprised anyone pays for this .

We'll be back soon, no doubt!

Front desk and restaurant staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. They were all courteous warm just wonderful! The food was great, the desserts were to die for. Besides the pillow being really uncomfortable our room was fine a little bit run down, they could use some repairs and renovation. The halls are decorated with antique furniture, adding a nice touch. The spa staff are friendly and had us hooked on their incredible massages, Sanbon, little Thai lady with amazing hands will take care of you, streching every rusty muscle in your body. The pools weren't as warm as they are in other hotels. They don't have many areas for water massages but all in all our stay was excellent. Bellavista Park Thermal SPA, Proprietario at Bellavista Terme Resort & Spa, responded to this review Dear Flo, thank you for your kind visit. I will share your satisfaction with all the sStaff. They are the protagonists, with the passion with which they work every day. We also greatly appreciated your advice on "House". They are always very useful to help us to improve all the services to offer. We will always wait for you with Great Attention. Kind Regards.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a solo traveller. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I didn't bring the right USB charger for Italy, the staff went and bought one especially for me with no extra charge. The food was exquisite, the grounds (pools and gardens) were impeccably maintained and there was enough space that you could relax without being too close to other guests. My room with veranda was so comfortable, quiet and clean with housekeeping daily. Jenny in the spa gave me two incredible massages, she is amazing at her job! Every staff member I met was so kind, courteous, warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was completely relaxed. I felt so refreshed on leaving. I will be returning next year with my family this time! Bellavista Park Thermal SPA, Proprietario at Bellavista Terme Resort & Spa, responded to this review Dear Friends, what can I say? Thanks thanks thanks! Your satisfaction is a great pride for us, for all the Staff. We will always be waiting for you with the utmost attention and passion. Best Regards. Alessandro

    A Superb Experience !

    rating18 Mar 2021

Our stay was absolutely Fabulous. The Hotel is welcoming and warm as well as full of beautiful furniture and home like touches. But what makes the experience unforgettable is the Staff !! From the magic massage touches of Angela and Lilly, to the crafted Mud bath experience given by Giulia, and the ever present and ever caring Ida who made every meal a treat, we were looked after and cuddled all the time. Also the attention bestowed to the guests daily by the owners made one feel very much at home. It was hard to leave and I look forward to being able to go again
