    The worst experience.

    Not a family friendly at all. The babies aren’t allowed to make any sound and ”be babies.” The rules are ridiculous, like 2-years old aren’t allowed to walk around the breakfast room even if they do not interrupt anyone. This is not close at all to be 4-star hotel, more closer to 2 stars. The worst value for money I’ve ever had with a hotel.

    Awful hotel . The reception area is nice but the rooms and corridors are very old/dated and VERY POOR QUALITY. It’s one of the worst hotel we have ever stayed at . The beds are rock hard(although we like a hard bed, this was like a piece of wood) . The bed sheets are just a sheet underneath and a sheet over you . No duvet or covers . The bathroom is something from the 1950s . The walls need to be painted asap , and carpets changed . I’m actually Surprised anyone pays for this .

    Front desk and restaurant staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. They were all courteous warm just wonderful! The food was great, the desserts were to die for. Besides the pillow being really uncomfortable our room was fine a little bit run down, they could use some repairs and renovation. The halls are decorated with antique furniture, adding a nice touch. The spa staff are friendly and had us hooked on their incredible massages, Sanbon, little Thai lady with amazing hands will take care of you, streching every rusty muscle in your body. The pools weren't as warm as they are in other hotels. They don't have many areas for water massages but all in all our stay was excellent.     Stayed here for 3 nights as a solo traveller. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I didn't bring the right USB charger for Italy, the staff went and bought one especially for me with no extra charge. The food was exquisite, the grounds (pools and gardens) were impeccably maintained and there was enough space that you could relax without being too close to other guests. My room with veranda was so comfortable, quiet and clean with housekeeping daily. Jenny in the spa gave me two incredible massages, she is amazing at her job! Every staff member I met was so kind, courteous, warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was completely relaxed. I felt so refreshed on leaving. I will be returning next year with my family this time!     A Superb Experience !

    Our stay was absolutely Fabulous. The Hotel is welcoming and warm as well as full of beautiful furniture and home like touches. But what makes the experience unforgettable is the Staff !! From the magic massage touches of Angela and Lilly, to the crafted Mud bath experience given by Giulia, and the ever present and ever caring Ida who made every meal a treat, we were looked after and cuddled all the time. Also the attention bestowed to the guests daily by the owners made one feel very much at home. It was hard to leave and I look forward to being able to go again
